What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has all the features I need as a SMM! From approvals, and content publishing to social listening, it is a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more of a visual element to Sprout as someone who primarily uses this as a social asset organization tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-approval chains and steps between agencies and clients, organizing content, tagging, and reporting. It allows our angency to manage all of our main needs for social in one area.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's robust analytics reporting, which simplifies my workflow by consolidating all necessary data in one place, saving me time and effort compared to accessing each individual platform separately. This feature not only streamlines my monthly reviews but also empowers me by providing a comprehensive view of which social platforms require more attention or content adjustments. Furthermore, I find Sprout Social invaluable for its centralizing capabilities, especially through features like SproutLink, which conveniently gathers everything in one place. This enables users interested in our content to easily access more information without needing to navigate through different social media pages. The platform's cross-functional team aspects also enhance collaboration and ensure a smoother coordination experience. Overall, the easy setup process and efficient reporting, combined with the centralized platform features, make Sprout Social a highly effective tool for social content planning and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just having a calendar for ideas, where it’s not something that we want to schedule but a place to drop it all for review, edits, and assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for centralized analytics reporting, simplifying content planning by providing a comprehensive view of social platforms and facilitating user engagement through SproutLink.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI because it’s very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things about Sprout I don’t like are more to do with the API limitations other programs have that limit what Sprout can do. Especially Instagram, it can be difficult to use sprout to manage comments and things through sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful and reliable reporting!! It helps me a lot with my monthly reports on the accounts I run. I also think the tag feature helps me assess visually what topics I may be missing or leaning on too much.

What do you like best about the product?
The report section is great because it allows you to customize your reports according to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the platform. For instance, when it comes to tagging—especially on LinkedIn—I consistently encounter issues. I often have to perform the tagging directly within the platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple clients, and multiple accounts for each client, easy. Scheduling is relatively seamless and monitoring is great. Getting your accounts and profiles connected only takes a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're reporting isn't as great as some other options out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taken the hassle out of monitoring and scheduling posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social very easy to use, which was a key factor for me choosing it over other options. The ease of use was evident right from setting it up, as the process was straightforward and hassle-free. I particularly enjoy how it simplifies social scheduling and reporting tasks, making these routine activities much easier to manage. The integration with other software is also smooth and uncomplicated, fitting well into my existing technology stack.
