Saves Time, Slightly Expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about a year and a half to manage posting and scheduling content for both myself and my clients. One of the key things I value about Sprout Social is its ability to simplify posting across multiple social media platforms simultaneously. This feature saves me a considerable amount of time, enhancing my workflow efficiency. The initial setup was a straightforward process, which made transitioning from another vendor quite smooth. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by how Sprout Social stood out amongst its competitors, which led me to choose it as the best value option. Additionally, knowing the time-saving benefits it continues to provide is a compelling factor for my continued usage and potential future repurchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Sprout Social is a little bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me post on multiple social media platforms simultaneously, saving me a lot of time in my day-to-day work.

Intuitive Posting with Smart Timing, but Calendar Needs Visual Cleanup

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and easy to use posting interface makes it so much easier to create great posts. I especially LOVE the "best time to post" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature could be a little less cluttered from a visual standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple contributors to Social media and this solution allows us all to focus on our main accounts and not have our activity spread out amongst many individual accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the reports and search tool! Super helpful in influencer sourcing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was no easy to authenticate creators! I also don't like how impressions vs views are different but defined the same. We had to add our story impressions to our reel views, to manual

It has helped with brand safety to avoid partnering with influencers who have a history of being controversial

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, reporting is not 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling on multiple platforms is very easy and smooth. I also like how you can schedule at optimal times for various platforms. I like the inbox management tool and how it combines everything into one place so you don't miss anything.

Excellent Calendar and Reporting, But Instagram Grid Needs Format Fix

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the calendar view where I can view all my client's content for the month and really visualize it along with the Instagram grid viewer. I also find the reporting very useful and we use it for client monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd love improvement on is for the Instagram grid viewer to be in the proper format (4:5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps ease of workflow between my team. All team members can log in and edit and view our client calendars. For example one team member creates the content, another team member goes in and schedules the content once the client approves it.

Sprout Social streamlined our scheduling and reporting that actually save time

What do you like best about the product?
Every day, I use Sprout Social to schedule and manage posts on the brand’s social channels, listen to mentions and check out how the posts are performing . The calendar view is also helpful to visualize what to publish for the week and the approval workflows are less confusing than a wild email chain thirty minutes before it all goes live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options can be limiting if you wish to do more than the standard templates allow and have to often export data and modify in excel to receive the reports you need. In terms of negative features, the pricing does feel high for smaller teams especially if you need to access more complex analytics. Additionally the listening tool sometimes pulls relevant mentions that I do have to filter out manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has cut the time I spend managing social media in half and instead of bouncing between apps, I schedule, monitor and respond in one place. And as a result it has made me stay more consistent with content planning and I can now provide our leadership team with better visibility into what’s working across our channels.

Great Tool for Social Media Teams, Mobile App Needs Work

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best tool for our team to share content across multiple platforms and channels, engaging with customers through the inbox, and tracking performance. Tools like "Team Conversations" allow our team to work more efficiently in assigning tasks, problem solving in responding to guests, and ensuring content is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social on desktop is great, the mobile app is more challenging to navigate. Features like "shorten links" are not available, and all of the tools are harder to find. Posting to instagram through the mobile app is often impossible due to "sizing issues" even when they're resized in the Sprout app. This makes it hard to post on-the-go during events, which is a big part of the posting strategy of our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team often has trouble keeping track of large amounts of content and information between channels and platforms, and which team member is responsible for each piece of content. Sprout has allowed us to streamline our processes to better plan out our calendars, and have internal discussions through the platform for necessary updates, changes, and assignments.

Sprout has allowed our team a better way to see all of our messages at once to better ensure we're engaging with every customer, while still allowing us to narrow down to specific topics and dates and find specific messages easily.
