All-in-one social management, but UI could benefit with an update

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all the social media applications we use in one platform for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a bit dated at times. It's difficult to find the particular places you need to go to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of navigating for ways to manage social media support in each platform (e.g., sharing login for each social media account), Sprout allows us to have everything under one umbrella in an easy-to-read format for private messages, DMs, and more.

Easy to Use with Intuitive Features—Perfect for Solo Marketers

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is easy to use and has clear drafting and publishing tools. I'm the only Social Media Marketer at the company I work at, so I appreciate a tool that I can use to run a campaign or publish a post from start to finish. I use the Publishing platform 2-3x a week and the Advocacy tool just as often.

Our company makes good use of Sprout's Employee Advocacy platform, and even folks with no social media savvy have been able to learn quickly and love the tool. It's made it easy to share brand-approved imagery and messaging with the wider team for publishing on personal platforms. Before Sprout's Employee Advocacy tool, that process was the wild wild west and things would get lost in Slack. Everyone is always rightfully wary of learning how to use a new platform, but Sprout was super easy to implement and integrate into our daily operations, and our Sales team uses Advocacy just as frequently as I do.

Customer support is also usually quick to respond to email inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found to be less-than-great about Sprout is the lack of clarity on how certain metrics are calculated, for example, "Potential reach" on Employee Advocacy. I've emailed our Account Manager for clarification but get redirected to Sprout's help articles, which don't answer that specific question. This makes reporting our social media performance to leadership more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Sprout has everything I need in one place - drafting, scheduling, publishing, reporting, and Employee Advocacy. I *love* the feature that allows me to send brand profile posts to Employee Advocacy upon publishing. Working as the only Social Media Marketer at my org means that I need everything to be streamlined, so this definitely benefits me.

Powerful, Intuitive Platform with Excellent Insights

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The unified Smart Inbox and Review Management: It centralizes all engagement and customer care from every network.
In-depth Analytics and Reporting: The customizable reports turn social data into clear, strategic business insights.
Intuitive Interface and Collaboration Tools: The platform is remarkably easy to navigate, making team workflow and post approvals effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium price tag and cost of advanced features (like Social Listening) often place it out of reach for smaller teams or budget-conscious businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered Social Data - By unifying all network data and engagement into a single platform, it eliminates the chaos of logging into individual apps.
Efficiency and Strategic Focus - This centralization boosts team productivity by an impressive margin, freeing us to focus on high-impact strategy instead of manual workflow.
Proving ROI - The robust analytics reports allow us to directly connect social activity (posts, engagement, etc.) to tangible business results, finally proving the channel's true ROI to stakeholders.

I like how organized and streamlined all of the tools are. Sprout makes my job a lot more intuitive and structured so that I can focus on the creative part of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some tools, such as replying to comments inbox, that take a while to buffer and load.

Sprout solves the problem of content streamlining and organization. it helps me get out as much content as possible and schedule a lot at once.

  • October 29, 2025

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the data is not complete and the extra accounts are too expensive that doesn't make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time to get the analysis and helping to manage different platforms at the same time.

All-in-One Platform for Tracking, Publishing, Listening, etc.

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful being able to track, post and get metrics for all of our platforms in a single location. The social listening portion is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing process can be a little clunky sometimes. Every once in a while, I find it's easier to post content natively in a platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small in-house team and Sprout allows us to do the work of a team that's much larger. The workflow feature also helps us ensure we're always speaking with the right voice.

User-Friendly and Efficient, But Watch for Disconnections

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to navigate Sprout Social, as it's fairly user-friendly and makes the process less complex and frustrating. It offers a seamless experience for managing social media content and accessing dashboard reports, delivering ease and efficiency without overwhelming complexity. This intuitive design simplifies the workflow and makes the software approachable and digestible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the fact that it disconnects profiles often is very frustrating. And there's multiple tabs, which can get a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing social media and dashboard reports, benefiting from its easy and quick crossposting and user-friendly navigation.

Intuitive Platform That Evolves with Social Media Needs

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is and how much the platform has changed throughout the years (for the better). Every single feature they've added responds to a specific and timely need that all social media managers have had.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a pricey tool, and even though it is powerful, you have to invest in add-ons to get the most out of it. I also dislike the fact that their integrations are quite limited compared to other tools. They don't allow platforms like Zapier to automate integrations, which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to manage all my customer communications from one place as well as manage every single social media platform.
