Easy Cross-Platform Scheduling and Results Tracking

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to schedule posts across platforms and then evaluate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. As a nonprofit, platforms like this are very expensive relative to our budget. We also need to have unique logins for each team member, which is extraordinarily costly and limits our use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our social media is a benefit for all the obvious reasons. We don't need to go into 3+ accounts to create posts, this does it for us.

User-Friendly with Excellent Publishing and Analytics

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media calendar and publishing at a law firm, and it has made posting to our channels more efficient. I like that it is very user-friendly, and I particularly value the publishing calendar and analytics because publishing is easier and the analytics help with monthly reports. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on LinkedIn is sometimes glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social makes posting to our channels more efficient. The publishing calendar simplifies scheduling, and the analytics are helpful for monthly reports.

Powerful Publishing and Analytics for Monthly Reporting

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Publishing features! And analytics so I can use it for reporting at the end of every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout publishing is not as intuitive if there are many factors included (account tags, collaborators, multiple photos, etc.) Also, it doesn't include capabilities to add audio directly from platforms, so we ahve to manually publish every TikTok or Reel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our problem of not having to manually publish everything. Also, to provide analytic data about performance so we don't have to do that ourselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version and app have created approval delays since they are hard to access. Sometimes there has been a discrepancy in data between the social platform and Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to work with a smaller team. It consolidates all our social content into one source. It is easy to upload and edit ocntent in the draft and approval process. The auto notifications and weekly reports are helpful to get directly in my inbox.

Amazing UI/UX, Smooth Onboarding, and Strong AI-Powered ROI

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX interface is amazing. I used a different platform before coming here & it's a night and day difference. The support and onboarding process and very smooth. When integrating our social account, it waws simple and quick. We are able to easily see our metrics and performance. There is also AI integrations have helped create content and give us a great ROI! We are definitely getting our monies worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a post go through the approval process and get scheduled. It was approved and ready to go, but then it never published, which caused a timing issue for us. After that, I tried to create a new post and it wouldn’t work either. In the end, we had to publish natively, and it took a lot of extra time.

Also, the uploading specs are VERY finicky. It’s frustrating when the image requirements say it needs to be under 8MB, but then we upload a 5MB file and it still doesn’t work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content is nice and the UI interface is extremely nice and easy to navigate!

Brings All Our Campus Partners Together for Better Reporting and Awareness

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a university, it’s very important for us to have all of our campus partners in one place so we can build better systems for reporting, publishing, and overall awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few limitations, like not being able to publish 20 photos on IG or reshare LinkedIn posts within the app, but otherwise its functionality is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing reporting around campaign work for our projects is important to our leadership. It also matters that I can report not only on the channels I own, but also include our campus partners.

Easy, Reliable Social Posting with Sprout Social

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is easy to use, reliable, and versatile. We use it to post to Instagram and Facebook. The few times that the post has failed, Sprout notified me immediately and I was able to resolve without missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to get tags to work through pre-scheduled posts on Sprout Social. Ie if I want to tag another organization, or a list of sponsors, on a Facebook post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite thing is that I can see our entire social media activity, across platforms, on a calendar. I am very visual so it is helps me more to see our posts versus a list.

Effortless Social Media Management with Minor Reporting Flaws

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to schedule posts across multiple social media channels and manage multiple clients with Sprout Social. I really like being able to schedule everything in one place. Plus, the image cropping feature for Instagram posts is great. The initial setup after switching from Hootsuite was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is that the reporting could be more robust. It’s easy to use and covers the essentials, but I’ve found it somewhat limited when I need more detailed insights, custom breakdowns, or reporting tailored to specific client needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps simplify social media management by making it easy to schedule posts across multiple social media channels and manage content for multiple clients in one place. Having everything centralized saves time, reduces the back-and-forth of switching between platforms, and makes the overall workflow much more efficient. I also appreciate features like the Instagram image cropping tool, which makes it easier to prepare posts correctly without needing extra steps or outside tools. Overall, it helps streamline day-to-day social media management and keeps client work more organized.

Intuitive All-in-One Platform That Saves Time with Smart Reports and AI Alt-Text

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is in one place. I can pull reports, post, and pulse check everything happening in my space. The UI is intuitive, and it's easy to find what I need or show others how to use the program. Using the platform saves me significant time since all of my platforms are integrated into once place. This helps me do more to increase our efforts. I love the AI generated Alt-text, it saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot tag collaborators on LinkedIn posts, even if I follow them. Additionally, I can't always tag people on Instagram without the post failing to post. I am also unable to tag our location inside Sprout. The option is available, but the regular list of locations doesn't sync between the platform and Sprout. To do this, I have to go in manually and add the location after posting.

With the updates to accessibility requirements in higher education, it would be helpful to add captions to videos directly in Sprout when I schedule content, rather than pulling the video into the platform, adding captions, downloading, and uploading it to Sprout from there. I wish adding specific metrics to a spreadsheet were widely available without a paywall. I can easily access the metrics I look at weekly or monthly, but I wish I didn't have to manually add them to my regular analytics spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the addition of AI to caption writing and alt - text. This saves me significant time. I can tell Sprout listens to feedback and is actively making changes to the system based on user feedback.

Intuitive UI and Team-Friendly Scheduling That Delivers Great Value

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface, bulk scheduling, and approval processes. The platform allows me to build and publish content with my entire team. The price matches the amount of things I can do with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform does not keep up with current social media features, such as adding sounds or adding up to 20 pieces of media on an Instagram post. Further, scheduling Reels through the platform reduces the quality of the media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking conversations and social listening. This has benefited our entire team by keeping track of conversation trends and other topics our audience prioritizes.
