Intuitive UI, But Instagram API Limits Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI because it’s very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things about Sprout I don’t like are more to do with the API limitations other programs have that limit what Sprout can do. Especially Instagram, it can be difficult to use sprout to manage comments and things through sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful and reliable reporting!! It helps me a lot with my monthly reports on the accounts I run. I also think the tag feature helps me assess visually what topics I may be missing or leaning on too much.
Customizable Reports Shine, But Tagging on LinkedIn Needs Improvement

The report section is great because it allows you to customize your reports according to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the platform. For instance, when it comes to tagging—especially on LinkedIn—I consistently encounter issues. I often have to perform the tagging directly within the platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple clients, and multiple accounts for each client, easy. Scheduling is relatively seamless and monitoring is great. Getting your accounts and profiles connected only takes a few minutes.

They're reporting isn't as great as some other options out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taken the hassle out of monitoring and scheduling posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms.
Centralized Content Management, But Editing Needs Caution

I find Sprout Social very easy to use, which was a key factor for me choosing it over other options. The ease of use was evident right from setting it up, as the process was straightforward and hassle-free. I particularly enjoy how it simplifies social scheduling and reporting tasks, making these routine activities much easier to manage. The integration with other software is also smooth and uncomplicated, fitting well into my existing technology stack. My overall satisfaction with the product is high enough that I would consider purchasing it again.

I have been using Sprout Social for about a year and a half to manage posting and scheduling content for both myself and my clients. This feature saves me a considerable amount of time, enhancing my workflow efficiency. The initial setup was a straightforward process, which made transitioning from another vendor quite smooth. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by how Sprout Social stood out amongst its competitors, which led me to choose it as the best value option. Additionally, knowing the time-saving benefits it continues to provide is a compelling factor for my continued usage and potential future repurchase.

Intuitive Posting with Smart Timing, but Calendar Needs Visual Cleanup
What do you like best about the product?
The simple and easy to use posting interface makes it so much easier to create great posts. I especially LOVE the "best time to post" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature could be a little less cluttered from a visual standpoint.

We have multiple contributors to Social media and this solution allows us all to focus on our main accounts and not have our activity spread out amongst many individual accounts.
Great Reporting & Search, But Manual Data Handling Needed

I loved the reports and search tool! Super helpful in influencer sourcing!

It was no easy to authenticate creators! I also don't like how impressions vs views are different but defined the same. We had to add our story impressions to our reel views, to manual
