What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to schedule out content ahead of schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there would be an error and the scheduled content wouldn't post. I also didn't like the file size limit to attach and upload photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped stayed organized and ahead of scheduling out content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look around at other vendors first. I feel as though there are other companies out there that offer just as much options with less of a cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule multiple posts in a timely manner. The overall feed and direct inbox feature is great to engage with your audience. The reports and analytics are also very user friendly to navigate and analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing posts and their appearances on individual platforms is still a bit of a challenge. I have to edit my post in Facebook to tag any parties since the feature won't work directly from Sprout. I have to edit my images on Instagram then re-upload through Sprout since the Instagram filter portal is not available there. Twitter is the most user-friendly platform to completely use on Sprout. Linked In works pretty well too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better to keep track of our engagements with our audience and the type of conversations that are being brought up. The analytics also provide key insights as to who are audience is.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're starting out in social media marketing, this tool is a HUGE time saver. It brings all of your social notifications to one place so you don't have to go back and forth all day. It has one easy to use stream that shows you the posts you haven't handled yet.
The social scheduling feature is also very easy to use. I love the feature to schedule the same post on multiple days. Other tools make you re-create the post over and over.

What do you dislike about the product?
Higher end tools give you better reporting and allow you to see all of your interactions with a certain person. There's also more sentiment analysis and automation.
It does provide some social listening, but isn't as robust as other tools which can also pull in forums, blogs, etc.
Sprout social isn't the best if you're working with many users and managing a large number of profiles.
However, it's a great option for small businesses or people who are just starting out.

It's affordable, a huge time saver and allows you to track social performance across all networks.
Good, but very pricey and incomplete scheduling tools.

Scheduling tools are good, I joined for the Analytics tools because they save me a lot of time and look quite nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule videos which I think is shocking consider how expensive Sprout is. It really is an investment and as a small business the only reason I'm still on Sprout is because of the Anayltics. I would probably move to other platforms. If you're automating Facebook from here, it won't tag the right people, and when it posts links, it doesn't show the link preview which is so annoying because that's vital for engagement. Scheduling tools are better elsewhere.

Having all of my client's social media accounts in one place. Easy and quick Analytics documents which really saves time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you schedule a lot of videos this isn't for you. Try using Later instead it's much better fit for this purpose.
Comprehensive but not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Combining all messages into a single inbox is a huge time-saver. It's also fairly easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is pretty limited, and the UI is spread out - it can take several clicks just to get where I want to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 14 different social accounts that we manage internally from our marketing team. Sprout Social enables us to manage them all from one place at scale.
Sprout Social is a Scheduling Savior
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Sprout Social to schedule out social media, but the analytics reports are also incredibly useful. I am a visual person so having all the graphs and top performing posts in one report helps me visualize our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like the tasks feature though my team kind of phased out of using it, opting instead for a separate task management system (Asana). I also wish that the Instagram analytics were stronger. We used to use Iconosquare and I LOVED how you could track your top followers and other more in-depth, Instagram specific metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only really launched our social media in the past few months so we haven't had time to tackle problems yet, but being able to schedule posts and track analytics has helped us immensely to grow our following and better define our target audience.
Reliable, but missing some features.
What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to use, and helpful for scheduling posts out for as far as I needed to. The interface was also very pleasant, I don't like when programs have a distracting look to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used it, there was not an option to integrate Instagram in with the scheduling. With other programs, they may not autopost, but they send the content and a reminder at the scheduled time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I previously used it, it allowed me the ability to create editorial calendars for social media monthly and schedule out the content I had recently written. This gave me more flexibility and consistency for posting, while being able to add to it if needed.

If you are looking for a cost effective scheduling option, Sprout Social is reliable and has a great support team to help you navigate and improve your marketing skills through social media.

The continued efforts of Sprout to support with technology solutions is a real sign of engagement and understanding of user needs but more sophistication is needed to be in the top class
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is easy to use. Coming from someone who has never used the platform, it was easy to pick up on and figure out how to work. The best part about it is that I was able to get great analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you cannot schedule on Instagram without going into the app. This is more of Instagrams fault, but it's inconvenient. I also don't like how Sprout doesn't measure sentiment

I can pull analytics for clients who ask for more in-depth explanations as to why certain campaigns worked, and others didn't

Easy to Use but Nothing Special
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great software for scheduling posts on social media. However, there isn't anything about it that stands out compared to other similar softwares (such as Hoot Suite). It gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not seminars/webinars or anything to help users learn to use the software more effectively. It would be helpful if I could learn about more of the other features by someone teaching me rather than me just messing around with different tabs and areas of the website. I'm sure that Sprout offers more than I realize, I just don't know what all it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software saves time. By being able to sit down and schedule all of the social media posts at one time in on place, I don't have to worry about it through out the day or week. It seems simple, but by not having to think about social media every couple hours I am able to focus on other important tasks and accomplish more in other areas.

Great for managing multiple platforms and pages at once.
