What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. As a daily user, I find the platform highly effective for engaging with audiences across multiple social media channels. Its robust reporting dashboards and comprehensive social listening tools are particularly valuable features that enhance my work in social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes have slow processing times on the platform.

Powerful Collaboration Tool, Calendar View Could Be More Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great team collaboration and content management tool. It's incredibly easy to work with colleagues on social media content, and I appreciate how clearly everything is organized by channel. The preview functionality is excellent—I can see exactly how posts will appear on each platform before they go live. Being able to quickly view which channel a post is assigned to, along with all the relevant details at a glance, makes managing our social media presence much more efficient. The collaborative workflow really streamlines our approval process and keeps everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. When I'm reviewing scheduled social posts, I naturally want to see everything at a glance in calendar format, but finding and navigating to this view feels cumbersome. The calendar feature could be more prominent and easier to access for quick content oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has significantly streamlined my social media workflow by making team collaboration effortless and keeping all content organized by channel in one centralized location. The ability to preview posts across different platforms before publishing saves me time and helps prevent errors, while the clear visibility into each post's details and assigned channels makes managing multiple social accounts much more efficient. Overall, it's reduced the back-and-forth with my team and given me better control over our social media content calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. All major platforms available in one place. The app is great too. Reporting is detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reason why my score is an 8 is because I wish there was capability to schedule IG stories directly from sprouts vs just a receiving a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of being able to schedule all my content in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a user-friendly social media marketing platform. It has extensive reporting features and is exactly what I need for my social media marketing needs. Their customer service is great too. Their team listens to client's feedback and works on implementing new features (e.g., LinkedIn file sharing feature that Sprout has recently launched)
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is on the higher end when compared to other social media marketing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout, I'm able to access all messages/mentiones/comments in one place - a unified inbox, which helped to streamline the process and keep everything organized. I'm also able to pre-schedule social media posts days/weeks in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been great for our agency. It's user friendly and has all the features we need to be successful. It's also great that it's constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The two factor verification with the code can be tricky when using the platform with a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage multiple social media accounts for various clients all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is that it serves as a one-stop solution for managing and scheduling content across all our clients' social media platforms. It streamlines our workflow by centralizing everything—from publishing and engagement to analytics—into a single, intuitive dashboard. This has significantly improved our efficiency and consistency in delivering social media services. The ability to collaborate as a team and maintain visibility across multiple accounts is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could use improvement is the reliability of the API. We've experienced occasional issues where profiles disconnect without any notification, which can disrupt scheduled posts and require manual intervention. Better alerts and more stable integrations would make the platform even more dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has transformed how we handle social media scheduling. What used to take hours across multiple platforms now takes just minutes. Its centralized dashboard and intuitive tools allow us to manage all our clients' accounts efficiently, freeing up time to focus on strategy and engagement rather than logistics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the previews when I am going to schedule posts. Allows me to quickly visualize and make sure there are no broken links in the caption
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some things were more up-to-date (for example, instagram now allowing 20 images in a carousel, and new cropping dimensions for meta)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout does a great job of showing me my social schedules and at-a-glance analytics all in one place. I love that I can quickly tap into the calendar and schedule and switch accounts

I wish there were automatically generated response suggestions that matched the brand’s tone and voice.

Sprout was built with agencies in mind. Its extremely advanced for internal use, but also gives opportunities to bring clients on and earn discounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very glitchy. The profiles often disconnect and it can be hard to get support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really easy to schedule content and pull reports. I love the customizable reports. It really streamlines things.
