What do you like best about the product?
I think the scheduling features are very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I'm missing out on capabilities like scheduling tweets with videos - only photos will load. Gifs have never worked for me in either Facebook or Twitter scheduling. My scheduled messages will often not go through, and only sometimes do I receive the error notification. Other times I will discover later on that my message didn't post, which is very disappointing for an editorial calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient use of time in scheduling and reporting. Bringing all incoming messages together and search options.
Great for tracking social ROI!

I like scheduling in calendar view and easily viewing results for all platforms on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could handle larger image sizes for scheduling.

User experience, mobile app, user permission settings, content publishing approvals
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service reporting, tag reporting, inability to tag or see tags in various message views, ineffective artificial intelligence/machine learning to help with responding, inability to set user status when out of office, inability to store common responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved customer service. Made significant progress in this area.
sprout social - my two cents
What do you like best about the product?
I've had sprout for a few years now and, at the start, you could connect a few social platforms. Now it's added lots more it's a lot better. For me, being able to track engagement on social is key. That, and scheduling social media posts in an easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more social listening tools available on there. Sentiment and other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling and tracking of engagement on social from our posts of our members.
People great, functionality not quite as good
What do you like best about the product?
The personal help and support from the team, no matter what the question. Love that when I was upset to lose the FB reach when they did an upgrade, they did a twiddle so I could still get it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't work particularly well - I often can't find something in Sprout, then I go to Twitter and it's really easy to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a load of time in managing messages and in scheduling messages across multiple social platforms. I like the reports too.
Really good for ease when it comes to community management
What do you like best about the product?
How everything message wise is all in one place and you can therefor go through messages and get rid of irrelevant ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you can't search for peoples names (eg customers) if you want to find their messages.

By using sprout, it is easier to keep a track of complaints and therefor see patterns/re-occurrence's
Great curator of insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the one-stop-shopping nature of Sprout for analytics as well as for publishing. I work on 6 TV shows, each of which has multiple social accounts. Sprout is very helpful in juggling all of these properties at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see YouTube analytics added in. I'd also love a bit more of a sentiment measurement. Additionally, I'd like the limitations of lists to be removed. I'm unable to use Sprout's comparative data features because we examine many other accounts as competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout mostly for analytics. It is a great tool that allows me to explore data from any time period with more ease than the social platforms' native insights.

This is a great tool for examining your own social accounts.
Very helpful for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
This makes it easy to schedule posts so I can seem like I'm always up to date on my content even when I have a busy day.

Nothing, this is really easy and I have found it to be very beneficial.

Time! I don't have to be on social media all the time and I can devote time to other projects.
Good Tools, but poor in data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
It helped me a lot in automating and sppeding up huge ammount of data analysis. It's very good to perform quantitative task, and get fasly a good overview of your social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very helpfull in data visualization and reporting. I often had to extract data on CSV and re-elaborate outputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to monitor social media for a multinational company in the cosemetics field. I used Sprout Social to monitor KPI about engagement and to gain strategic info for our social media plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with many other tools, it is good for quantitative and ripetitive tasks, but it is not a social media/business intelligence tools, and it requires anyway the keen eye of a skilled analyst.

that I still have to use facebook to schedule facebook. I know you can schedule FB in sprout, but it doesn't work as well.
