Solid product to help with social media planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar planning is so helpful and keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the option to add music to posts, when applicable. Also, the most annoying part is the new login and needing to request a code via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping posting consistent across all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout really makes it easy to schedule and plan content across different platforms, and its user experience is straightforward. It also lets us create posts that everyone in the company can share on their own social channels, which helps us reach a wider audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout does not support posting every type of content to all channels. For example, when I want to share GIFs, videos, or carousels, I frequently have to log in to the actual platform and post them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout addresses our need for employee advocacy and provides a centralized platform to review all of our social analytics. With Sprout, we can view every channel we use and easily compare performance quarter over quarter, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on analysis. Additionally, Sprout enables us to create social posts for our employees, giving us the capability to reach every corner of social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to utilize Sprout Social for our analytics. Being able to go back and pull data to see what has worked/not worked has been great, and it is easy to find what we need to improve our abilities at Indiana State.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have noticed at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the various changes across social media platforms, as well as various paywalls that we might run into from having to receive verified accounts, Sprout Social has allowed us to have a catch-all aspect that has allowed us the ability to track our data and see what is the best direction for our accounts moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly. The analytics are great and there are lots of opportunities to customize reporting. It's a very reliable tool for scheduling as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an expensive tool. The listening is also not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has given our outlets across the country a reliable and easy to use way to manage their social posting and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy navigation and reporting features. I also appreciate how attentive the customer service is. There's never been a time where I've had to wait long to get help on something. I also appreciate the dedication to helping users grow with the Abr and monthly newsletters to stay in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure whether this limitation is due to the partnership with Meta, but it's challenging that we aren't able to customize stories by adding links. I've also tried to create posts that combine different types of content, like mixing videos and photos, but Sprout currently doesn't allow this, even though the native apps do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are definitely helping provide solutions for social media management. From seeing all engagement through one inbox, to scheduling, and to reporting. The inbox option has saved me so much time when filtering through comments, questions, and bots.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tool for Sprout is easy to use! The best part is the date range comparison feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more detailed explanations provided when accounts are disconnected.

Organized posting schedules for our clients. Easy reporting.

Complete tool and great support

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick responses and always friendly people to talk to. Also, the tool is very complete: I feel almost everything is possible in the tool. I feel I can learn from people at Sprout as a marketer. Easy to use too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel I do not use Sprout to the best of its potential. That lies with me too, but I would like to do more with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share results in a dashboard with my manager; scheduling a content calendar and getting insights outside of my company pages too. I'm kept responsible for all these things and Sprout helps me save time, get insights in a dashboard and organize my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand, use and teach people how to use! The inbox is simple to keep track of, and I like that you can find cleared messages in a separate area. I use this every single day so it's super important that it isn't a headache to use!

All of our social media channels are now intergrated into the platform which is fantastic - means we don't have to continually remake assets, we can just copy & paste! Game changer.

Scheduling content is also super easy and love that Sprout shows you the best times to schedule content each day to reach a higher impact.

Finally, reporting is super easy to understand and relay to those who aren't in the platform every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we search up messages that have been cleared - by using usernames or key phrases from those messages or comments from people - the search bar usually can't find anything. As we get 100s of comments and DMs into our inbox weekly, it is impossible to find cleared messages manually so if this feature worked better that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem was keeping track of comments on different social media channels. It is easy to miss comments when swapping between 6 or so social platforms. Sprout fixes this as we can reply to all comments and DMs through the inbox, and make sure nothing is missed!
