Great Real-Time Notifications, But App Can Be Clunky

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the mobile app. I like how i can can get real time notifications but also have the option to silence notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can sometimes be a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was too hard to manage all my accounts at once. Subscribing to sprout has made me more efficient and allowed us to charge our clients more.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are better suited to my uses than any other platform I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too long for updates that are available on the native social apps to be integrated in the tools on Sprout Social. EX: Instagram has been allowing 20 images in carousel posts for more than a year, however, sprout still limits users to 10. I'm forced to go off of sprout to create posts in instagram when I (often) need to post more than 10 images. Additionally, instagram and tiktok get better engagement rates/impression rates on still image posts when music is included, but that's not even an option on sprout. We have our own licensed music we can include, just give us the option of posting it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling the metrics across multiple platforms into one report is key. The ease to download the reports and email them/save them is fantastic too. Scheduling tools are great, I just wish I could save drafts of posts on multiple platforms without having to go out and fill all the info in before saving. It's a draft, just save it as it is right now in the list? It's going to lock up my screen if I have to come back with more info.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the content calendar and publishing abilities! I am a very visual person, so that helps a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't LOVE the mobile app. I think it could be a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on our social mentions! It can be tricky to be everywhere all at once, but I think Sprout helps me keep an eye on several things at once.

Great Multi-Platform Posting, But Draft Editing Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work on post for multiple platforms all at once, editing unique features for some platforms from the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
That once you save a post as a draft you no longer have the ability to edit it for all platforms all at once. Making it impossible to plan in advance.

Understanding how our socials are performing, how it compares to our competitors and what our customers are saying.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform feels, it makes social management genuinely enjoyable instead of chaotic. The analytics and reporting tools are especially strong, helping connect creative content to clear performance insights. It’s also great how easy it is to collaborate across teams and manage multiple brands in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it can feel a bit rigid when customizing reports or visual layouts. I’d love more creative flexibility in how analytics are presented, and sometimes the scheduling calendar can lag slightly when handling a high volume of posts. Minor things, but worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps simplify the chaos of managing multiple social channels by bringing everything together in one easy-to-use platform. It saves time, keeps content organized, and gives a clear view of what is performing well. It also makes collaboration smoother and helps maintain consistency across campaigns.

Easy to Use and Teach, Love It!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to learn, teach, and use! It feels like I have everything I need at my fingertips at all times. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would improve upon would be reporting for stories. It would be great to directly see how many viewers the story had etc. Also, being able to schedule stories with links in advance would be stunning!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers everything I need to enhance my social reporting and organize my posts more effectively. What I especially appreciate is the ability to analyze how my posts are performing across all platforms simultaneously. Additionally, having access to our competitors' data at the same time is a major advantage. It's a huge win for me!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social because its a good platform for a B2B environment like ours and it works well. I like its post approval feature, which is vital for technical content and ensures everyone, from product management to the legal team, has their approval before anything is published.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found the social listening tool challenging to use, especially because of its complicated tagging and filtering features. That was really the only aspect I didn't enjoy, as everything else worked well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great investment management tool we were looking for our software development company, as it provides comprehensive analytics to demonstrate the return on investment ROI of B2B content. IT also been a professional solution for coordinating large volumes of content and for team collaboration, which improves communication and collaboration. Its been fantastic.

Efficient for Agencies, Needs Better Support

What do you like best about the product?
I truly value the ability of Sprout Social to let us organize clients in different groups where each client has access only to their group, and yet we can access every client under one unified login. This feature is quite unique compared to other platforms and immensely helps in managing our clients as an agency. The approval workflows and processes are distinct and advantageous, allowing internal marketing departments several levels of approval before sending content to the client. This workflow process enhances our efficiency significantly. The setup process of Sprout Social was easier and more intuitive than any other platform we have utilized, facilitating its adoption and integration into our agency’s workflow smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the ongoing technical issues while using Sprout Social, particularly with Instagram content management. When a client edits or changes a caption, it causes the cover image for Instagram Reels to disappear, requiring us to log back in and re-upload it. This issue has persisted for several months, despite us reporting it to Sprout. Their customer support has not provided an effective solution and their requests for troubleshooting have been excessive, including demanding screen recordings and software updates for all client devices, which haven't resolved the problem. Additionally, random issues such as notes not displaying properly occur, and customer support often communicates as if we lack expertise, without offering effective resolutions. Their IT problem-solving needs significant improvement. The overall customer support experience has declined over the years, which affects our satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending Sprout Social to non-agency users due to the price point and the existing support barriers.

I use Sprout Social to manage clients efficiently, allowing each to have unique access while maintaining a central agency login. It enhances productivity with approval workflows, saving us time, though technical and customer support aspects could improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers an intuitive and well-organized interface, making it simple to manage several social media accounts from a single dashboard. The scheduling tools, content calendar, and reporting features are real time-savers and deliver clear insights into performance. Collaboration and approval workflows function smoothly, helping to maintain consistent, on-brand content across all social platforms. I also appreciate that the user interface includes a dark mode option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes social accounts disconnect out of the blue, which interrupts scheduled posts. There are a lot of functions and options in the platform which can be tricky to navigate before you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to gather data from multiple different platforms. It saves a lot of time to be able to see at a glance how my posts are doing.
