My agency loves Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Our agency has been using Sprout for years, and we've always found it easy to use and reliable. Their customer service is also responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing about Sprout Social as a small agency, it would be price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to better serve our clients. We can do everything we need for every client in one place. We know that posts will go up when expected, and that we can rely on their analytics to inform our strategies.

Many ways to be useful
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about sprout social would be the scheduling feature for posts. this really has cut down my workday and allowed for client approval seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a clearer way to add on google business profile listings that was more streamlined and time efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do businesses where we need to create a post across multiple listings for one company and this makes that infinitely easier with their ability to schedule and select multiple profiles at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The effectiveness of being able to schedule posts, create content for all of our social media platforms and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When tagging other social media accounts on different platforms, it does not allow you to. Getting access to different accounts can be tricky through Facebook and Instagram.

Adding another account to the backend.
A strong all-around platform & service, but could do with some improvements to customisation
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout streamlines the process of responding to comments & handling conversations across numerous platforms, in a way which brings great efficiency to the team. It also has a range of great reporting features which are helpful for monitoring the success of social campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is not tailored so well to large accounts, including agencies, who might work across a large number of brands. Information is often segmented, and it can be difficult to review productivity of teams across all brands on Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, we have a large number of clients who we provide Community Management for on a range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok and WhatsApp. Sprout streamlines things by bringing all of those feeds into one central place and providing simple to use tools for correctly engaging with comments, managing conversations as they move off of social to other platforms, and analysing and reporting on incoming messages in both their sentiment and subject.
Very useful when scheduling content on social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can plan ahead any content for the month, once sheduled no need to worry about having to manually post it. it is very easy to reply to comments and also offer customer support on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that when scheduling a post it does not automatically upload.

it helps to manage all the different social media channels on one page

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the publishing space, which is very well organized and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can sometimes be confusing, and the data is occasionally inaccurate due to various bugs. I hope these problems will be resolved in future updates. The Sprout app is also quite difficult to use and frequently has issues with staying logged in. Additionally, finding the publishing reminders within the app is very challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect with our audience effectively through the posts we publish. The listening and reporting tools provide us with valuable insights, which help us understand our audience better. Additionally, the integration between Sprout and Zendesk supports our customer service team, making their work more efficient.

The calendar scheduling feature allows you to plan and schedule numerous posts well in advance, and it displays them in an attractive, easy-to-read layout.

Employee advocacy features you have to buy separately and its very expensive - per user basis.

Efficiency at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social every day and I really like how user–friendly it is. It makes managing multiple accounts and scheduling posts so much easier, and I love that everything’s in one place (publishing, reporting, engagement). It saves a ton of time and keeps things organized. I’ve also had great experiences with Sprout’s customer support. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions or issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has a ton of great features, but the pricing can be tough for smaller teams. Some of the advanced tools are locked behind more expensive tiers, which can make it harder to fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us tackle a lot of the challenges that come with managing multiple social media accounts. Before, it was hard to keep track of scheduling, reporting, and monitoring across platforms, but Sprout centralizes everything in one place. It saves us time, keeps our posting consistent, and gives us clear data to share with leadership. It also makes collaboration easier since different team members can jump in without things slipping through the cracks. Overall, it solves the problem of trying to juggle too many tools and platforms separately and gives us a much more streamlined workflow.
