Streamlined Social Scheduling with Top-Notch UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface and tagging capabilities of Sprout Social. The ability to tag companies and users within Facebook and LinkedIn posts provides much ease. Additionally, the onboarding was made simple with the support of our assigned team, which made it easy to get started with Sprout Social without any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag users within Instagram posts and stories through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social boosts organization and prevents gaps between social media coverage.
Streamlined Social Management, Easy Integration Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for posting on social media, and I appreciate that it serves as a single platform for managing all channels. I like the streamlined inbox and having everything in one place, which makes it easy for the team to navigate, find things, and manage posting and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
As newish users, I'm a bit concerned about whether accounts might get disconnected like they do on other platforms. Also, it would be better if we could integrate Sprout Social with Workfront. The initial setup was easy thanks to a good account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides a single platform for managing all channels and offers a streamlined inbox, making it easy for my team to navigate and manage posting and scheduling.
Multi-Platform Posting with Easy Per-Platform Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post across multiple platforms, but then also refine or adjust on a per-platform basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
What frustrates me is the lack of transparency when technical issues come up, especially when there are hiccups with the platform itself or with its API connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sprout Social solves for us is customer interaction through the Social Inbox, which brings all of our comments together in one place. It makes it much easier to see, track, and review all incoming messages and comments as they come in.
Simplifies Social Media Scheduling Easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social helps create a schedule for me to plan posts ahead, allowing me to focus on that task. I also find scheduling posts with Sprout Social to be a particularly useful feature. Additionally, the app is fairly simple to navigate, and the initial setup was super easy with clear training to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still new to using Sprout Social, so learning how efficient it can be as a marketing tool.

Ease of scheduling across multiple platforms. I run over 25 social media accounts so its helpful and reduces time.
Powerful, Flexible Reporting in Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different aspects of Reporting within Sprout Social. There are a lot of different ways to view analytics depending on what data you want to explore, from impressions to engagement to top posts etc. I also like how you can set a very wide date range if needed (the native platforms' analytics typically limit this more).
What do you dislike about the product?
My accounts disconnect pretty frequently (although I think this is more an issue with the individual app's API's).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our analytics woes! The platform makes it so easy to pull data quickly if the Communications Team is asked by the board or CEO for certain performance metrics. No matter what is requested for decision-making, I know I will be able to find it in Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social has multiple capabilities, easily-accessible support, and in-depth analytics. Onboarding new employees is a breeze due to the platform’s intuitive layout and user-friendly tools — even team members who are new to social media management can learn it quickly.
I use Sprout Social every day to schedule content, manage conversations, and pull detailed reports, and it consistently saves our team time through automations and streamlined workflows. The reporting features are especially strong, giving us clear insights we can use to improve performance and make data-driven decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few restrictions when it comes to Sprout; however, these are mostly due to the social media platform's policies/capabilities. One thing to note is that the location services could use some improvement. When I search for the location I want on Sprout, many odd results come up that are not general regions but specific places like restaurants. I do feel that this can be a hindrance to post-performance.

Sprout Social solves the problem of having to post, analyze data, and represent multiple brands across several platforms, and brings everything into one centralized place.
Robust Reporting and Tag Performance Make Sprout a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the robust reporting features available in Sprout. It’s user-friendly, and I’m able to share calendar preview links with multiple members across my team and the wider organization for final review. One of my favourite features is their Tag Performance reporting, which is especially helpful when we’re launching a campaign and want to track metrics that are specific to that campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is relatively higher to other social media management platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social supports our social media strategy by letting us manage all our platforms, including social channels and Google Business, in one place. I especially like the shared inbox feature because it gives me a single view of all messages and tags, making it much easier to stay on top of everything.
Effortless Social Media Scheduling with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling social posts, which helps eliminate the need to schedule each post individually per platform. It's very easy and intuitive to use, making it simple to navigate. I like that reconnecting platforms is easy when required, and I don't have to constantly remember individual passwords for each platform. It's also very quick when it's necessary to reconnect; it takes just seconds. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very simple. Compared to other tools like Meltwater, I find Sprout Social's ease of use a significant advantage.

There isn't anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me schedule social posts without doing it manually for each platform. It's easy and intuitive, and reconnecting accounts just takes seconds. I don't have to remember each platform's password.
Easy Scheduling and Publishing with a Handy Asset Library
What do you like best about the product?
The easy scheduling / publishing capabilities; the asset library; and connection to Sprout Advocacy
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on certain file sizes for things like GIFs. I also wish the "Create Post Template" option in the Asset Library allowed you to also include message ideas for Advocacy as part of the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for us to maintain a posting schedule. Helps us increase our brand awareness via social.
