User-Friendly Scheduling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is. I enjoy the calendar view because I can see quickly when posts are scheduled. It's valuable because I can see the whole month in a quick view without having to scroll through different weeks and I can choose a day on the calendar to schedule the post for. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the pending and rejected posts in one spot will help instead of two different places. Currently, you have to go to each individual tab to see what is still pending or what is rejected. If they were both in the same place, you don't have to go to multiple places and it'll save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance, which helps us not forget to post. It's user-friendly with a calendar view that quickly shows scheduled posts, allowing efficient post planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's reporting tools are easy to use and provide a great user experience. It's easy to quickly pull together a thorough report for stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had more competitor data / benchmarks for LinkedIn. There are some limitations there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us pull together automated monthly organic social reporting, which is a huge benefit to us for visibility into performance for our team members and leadership.
Peace-of-Mind Scheduling Across Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts in advance and then focus on other important tasks in my workload, with peace of mind knowing that my content is already posted across the multiple platforms I need to publish on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that, especially on LinkedIn, tagging individual people sometimes doesn’t populate in Sprout. Only company names show up, which turns it into a two-step process: once the post goes live, I have to go to LinkedIn and tag the individual myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us solve the problem of gaining insight into how our campaign posts performed, which is really great when we’re putting together presentations on the outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to manage social media accounts and posts for a client. It makes it more efficient to schedule posts for multiple platforms all in one spot. I really like the optimal post time feature because it collects data from your previous posts and suggests the ideal time for you to post content, specific to each platform. This feature makes my life easier so I don't have to take more time to figure out ideal posting times on my own. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy. I think it works best with Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tagging feature could be improved because when you are trying to tag accounts in a caption while posting to two different platforms, you can't because the ways to tag vary for each platform.

I use Sprout Social to manage and schedule posts for multiple platforms efficiently. The optimal post time feature simplifies finding the best times to post, saving me time.

I like using Sprout Social for everything social media and marketing. The analytics and scheduling features are particularly valuable to me because they help minimize my time dedicated to social media tasks and give me peace of mind knowing all my posts are tracked in one place. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started a breeze.

I wish Sprout Social allowed more than one user on an account without charging extra, maybe up to 3 users.

I like that Sprout Social is an all-in-one integrated platform for managing social media accounts. It lets me schedule and manage all my posts across different platforms, and that's really convenient because it minimizes the hassle of logging into each platform independently. I also really like the great metrics, I can observe how all my social accounts are doing over time, and those dashboards are really, really useful. The initial setup was very easy, with a fair amount of tutorials and pretty good instructions available online. I think the ability to see everything in one place is very convenient and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the integrations with different social media platforms seem to have problems. I run into occasions where certain posts aren't connecting with certain platforms, and there's just a disconnect between when something is organized and scheduled versus when it's posted. But that's a minority of situations. It's not a big complaint.

I use Sprout Social to manage all my social media accounts, which minimizes the hassle of logging into each platform individually. Its scheduling and management features are convenient, and the dashboards with metrics help me observe my accounts' performance over time.

We like the streamlined scheduling and robust offerings for Instagram, which allow us to collab post and make sure our content is native to the platform. The ability to request collab posts and preview how our content looks on Instagram before expanding it to other social media channels enhances its value for us. Also, the initial setup was super easy and I got started in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more support for Instagram and easier moderation of comments across social platforms. It's a little bulky and cumbersome right now.

I use Sprout Social to manage our social media calendar, allowing us to work ahead and meet our customers where they are with diversified content.

The folder feature makes it so easy to find the account I'm looking for. I also love the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding seats is a bummer with pricing levels and it feels like a ploy to get more money versus truly helping teams out.

Having lots of organic social media clients, Sprout allows us to keep track of the right clients and respond at the right time. The platform is fast and almost instantaneous, which is important for timely messaging to our audience.
