Iterable: The Intuitive Platform That Makes Data Actionable
What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive platform that makes connecting your data and making it actionable incredibly easy. The platform allows my team and I to quickly move from idea to execution to orchestrate user touch points that create real value to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out of the box reporting is lacking insights, it provides what every system provides which is overall and per campaign analytics but diving deeper into those data points aren't well supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes the setup of campaigns, triggered and automated messaging possibly in an easy to use interface. We're able to reach out with the right messaging to the right people at the right time enabling the team to increase the LTV of customers while also helping to engage those users in a way that keeps them coming back and not burned out by over messaging or receiving messaging that's not right for them.
Campaign Folders Keep Client Projects Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to organize Campaigns in folders, which helps keep different client projects organized. Iterable's support team is another great feature, where it's easy to speak with a human, and the automated chat responses, if a human isn't available, are helpful to reference & document projects when we're troubleshooting items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the journey/campaign setup of Iterable. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate which Journey a Campaign is in because of the way the emails/campaigns/templates are accessed, making it difficult to weave in and out of making email edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable provides a solid email marketing platform for clients to send marketing and transactional messages.

I love the AI tools that are available to use.

As I’m just starting out with Iterable, I haven’t found any thing that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m struggling to build a recommendation engine for out micro-transactions, but I’m excited for Nova and the other AI features to build that out.
Easy to Use, Customer-First Innovation and New Features
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it’s easy to use and the product team seems to be hyper focused on innovation and delivering new features with a customer-first mindset.
What do you dislike about the product?
A specific note I have is that an A/B test hub would be a nice to have.

Iterable is making it easy to send batch campaign to customers in an efficient workflow and discover findings with stored analytics.

The organization of template information and details. Also the inability to send SMS to customers that’s free to the end user

Empowers Email Marketing with AI, Needs Better Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I use Iterable for email marketing and personalization. I like segmenting lists and how it helps us create journeys. I appreciate all the new AI capabilities we saw today—they make our email performance better because we can move faster and create a system even with a small team. The initial setup was pretty easy.

Innovative and User-Friendly with Room for Integration Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Iterable provides ease of use and continued innovation. I really value the journey building for A/B testing because it allows me to test efficiently and at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvement could be made for data integration and AI capabilities to assist with execution. But announcements were made that these are being addressed.

Iterable helps connect with the right person, with the right message at the right time.
A/B Testing Made Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love the A/B testing features in Iterable, which allow me to test and optimize our communication to peak performance. Before using Iterable, we had no way to test and optimize with visible results. It's great that this drives our testing strategy and proves value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting suite could be better. We use outside tools to measure impact on many tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable optimizes cross-channel communication and provides A/B testing to improve and prove the value of our strategies. It's vital for our testing and optimization, which was lacking before.
Efficient Marketing with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Iterable's easy-to-use interface, which has dramatically reduced training and onboarding for new employees. The amazing customer support through their premier program is another big plus. I like their innovative and AI-led mindset, which is forward looking and shows their commitment to product improvements. The platform also enables our marketing team to work more efficiently and independently, saving us time on platform issues and allowing us to perform rapid A/B testing at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more visibility into SMS spam complaints.
