What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the UI is, which makes everything feel intuitive. The email builder is great for us to create better emails more quickly, and the journey canvas really helps in maintaining automations easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting needs to be more customizable. In particular, I'd like to see better reporting for segment growth and have more control when exporting reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Iterable for creating customer journeys and communication, solving the problems of crafting better emails, sending automated messages, and automating segmentation.
