Dynamic platform that scales
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user friendly and has many tools to leverage in personalizing the user experience of our customers. It enables us to stack logic together in any combination that enables my team to build truly custom solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They’re always improving it and at times have to relearn how to use features that are dependent on the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing to our millions of users at scale.
I use Iterable daily to build and send email campaigns, and overall, it gets the job done well!
What do you like best about the product?
Campaign setup is smooth and very easy to manage. I really enjoy the drag and drop editor, the saved rows is one of my favorite features. Oh and I can’t forget the Iterable support chat that has been tremendous help throughout my first year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the reporting — especially how insights are tied more to events than the actually campaign performance. It’s makes it harder than it should be to quickly see email performance on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple and effective way to get important emails to our customers.
Still learning the platform, but impressive!

It’s a much more modern platform compared to what our company used previously with user friendly features and fantastic learning courses and documentation.

Still exploring a few limitations and quirks but team has provided solutions.

There aren't many critiques at this point! I think the new dashboard will be extremely helpful to have a go to spot for a summary of everything

Iterable is Easy to Use and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the User experience and user-friendliness of Iterable and find it nice to look at generally. We also have the ability to do lots of things in different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could delete profile fields and rename snippets. I would also like to be able to use dynamic lists with catalogs.
I think there could be UI improvements on the Experiment section within campaigns. It is kinda hard to click and see the different versions clearly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to personalize our content based on things like wherever someone is free or paid, a student, a certain type of professional, etc. We have lots of control over audiences and visibility on how journeys play out for our customers.
Efficient high volume sending
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been one of the most useful platforms for our company. It enables us to send out millions of emails within a few minutes. Their transparency with system statuses and their proactive communication during outages or maintenance windows have built a strong sense of trust.
The user interface is simple and easy to us, and their support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, Iterable has significantly improved our marketing operations and customer engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a snippet API endpoint in order to streamline our internal processes. A proper sandbox environment would be extremely useful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to send emails at a rate that far surpasses Marketo. Their system uptime has also allowed us to consistently reach out customers with little worry about issues.

The UI make this platform very easy to use if you've never used Iterable before

Sometimes journey filters are not as robust as desired
