A powerful platform with an intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
We had a really positive onboarding experience. The Iterable team took the time to understand our company's specific needs and how we could accomplish our goals with their tools. They created extensive documentation around our use cases with clear goals.
Since we've started using the platform it's been easy to activate on our user data and introduce other members of our team to the tools. Our CSM works closely with us on new initiatives and takes our concerns seriously.

What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable needs to update its NHI filtering to include activity monitoring. They are missing a native connector to LinkedIn ads that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us more easily activate on user data and saving a ton of time.

I love how user friendly the platform is to use. The support team is always available to help when needed and I love having a one stop shop to meet all my needs.

The lack of an image library is a bit unfortunate.

I find the UX of iterable to be more user friendly than competitors like Salesforce or Braze.

I don't find that there has been anything that I dislike about the platform

Good pricing
What do you like best about the product?
Configuring WhatsApp messages and SMS marketing is easy with iterable and like the pricing strucutre of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is too limited because responses delay even on live chat, so hard to deploy

The tool is helping us reach more clients through sms and email and whatsapp marketing at good pricing
