Easy to use overall and it has many features

The new UI is not very intuitive and takes many clicks to do actions that were easier before

Have not seen more technical issue with the software besides the starting fee being expensive, $10000 and above

– Very flexible: there's a way to do almost anything, the limits seem to be your imagination on how to use their tools

– Some of the more technical elements of the platform can be hard to self-serve using the help centre articles without prior knowledge

While Iterable is a robust platform, its extensive features can create a learning curve for new users. Additionally, more intuitive navigation or streamlined processes could improve efficiency by enabling certain advanced functionalities.

Iterable is an intuitive platform for marketers use and I love to see that that it continues to evolve with new features.

Reporting hasn't always been the easiest to use and share.
Even though support has been generally good, there have been a few times where I have been given incorrect information which resulted in customer facing mistakes.

Iterable -- the reigning champ
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Iterable for several years now, in various roles across multiple companies, and I'm a big fan. No ESP is perfect, but Iterable's user friendly interface, intuitive audience builder, the best journey builder I've encountered make it my absolute favorite ESP. Their reps and help desk folks are always the nicest and help you find a solution quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features in Iterable are the only weaker area. the experience is different depending on whether campaigns are blasts or in journeys and the dashboard creator isn't super intuitive. I know the Iterable team is about to launch a revamp here and a new AI tool, so I'm excited to see how this experience is improved.

Iterable is super user friendly which made learning the platform a breeze. Customer support is always super easy to get in touch with too.

Nothing stands out as dislikes. We have had good experiences.
