2nd time Iterable customer
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the platform is unparalleled. The product is best in class and empowers marketers to elevate their omni-channel comms strategy and seamlessly apply automation and AI to create efficiencies and scale. The implementation services (which are a newer offering) is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities are hands down our least favorite features of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a siloed communications strategy prior to implementing Iterable and no easy way to personalize communications to our end users. We now have an omni-channel ecosystem with personalization capabilities that is a game changer when it comes to driving engagement and revenue growth.
Easy-to-use & powerful ESP
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in email marketing for 12 years and Iterable is one of the most marketing-friendly ESPs I've used while still boasting a ton of capabilities to create dynamic campaigns. We have a somewhat complicated infrastructure, but Iterable's implementation team guided us wonderfully through the process - making sure every one of our use cases was met and accommodated for. As the primary user of the product, I can build blast campaigns & complex journeys easily and their journey capabilities have opened up multiple customer touchpoints for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading images/having an image library isn't *as* straightforward as some other ESPs I've used; however, I do know that they are working on improving this feature and it is in beta, so I'm excited to see what that looks like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Iterable, we're able to more easily and efficiently get customers the right messages for them at the right time. Additionally, we send custom behavioral events directly into Iterable, and we're able to use those to create dynamic journeys pretty seamlessly.
Easy to use, Easy to Navigate, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The UI is very intuitive and there are many options for journey automation to ensure campaigns are going to the right users at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bug issues can happen a few times a quarter. They are often corrected within a day or two. But I think further beta testing prior to pushing live would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanded journey logic options including AI, which allow for robust automation and personalization. Catalog and Collections as an easy way to merchandise product in commuications. The customer support and the Account Managers are very attenttive, respond with recognition of sumission within 24 hours, and often complete tichets within a week.
A powerful marketing automation platform with a robust API, live chat support, and a slick UI.
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has made building complex journeys a breeze. With a modern UI and intutive tiles one can build out and test journeys in minutes. It has a fantastic API with great documentation and live chat support. It offers a myriad of options for allowing contacts to enter a program and continually adds features to enhance the experince of your contacts. It integrates well with many 3rd party vendors and Iterable representatives are always eager to check in with their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That platform does lack a robust CDN for image hosting that some other platforms have figured out but overall you can add images to campaigns and reuse the source urls in other campaigns if you need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency and the grate part of Iterable is that you can have different "projects" represent different clients and also use them to represent lower environments (prod vs. sandbox). It makes the organization of contacts and testing very intuitive and it is very easy to switch back and forth between projects as needed.
Great Tool & Great Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Iterable is the support team. They are always there and help you with agility. Special thanks to Haitham, Adyran, Tahmid and all other agents who made my job and life easier.
Of course technically, as a CRM specialist I can tell it is one of the best tools I ever used. I specifically love building journeys. Journeys at Iterable overall are super smooth and fun to use.
Generally it is a highly customizable and flexible tool in terms of campaign design and customer journey mapping. Also, strong automation and personalization capabilities enhance our work everyday.

What do you dislike about the product?
Building content catalogues could have been more user friendly. For example, it won't read anything from the sheets except just the text. Could have been a lot better if we could copy paste, play around with texts easily. (Bold, bulletpoints, spaces etc.)
About pricing, I think end of the year, being a bit flexible about agreed contract limitations (yearly email sent, users etc.) wouldn't hurt a healthy long term business relationship... It feels a bit unfair that pricing would go dramatically up if we exceed our limits just 5% for example.

Helpful, Simple, and Supportive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the straightforward and intuitive nature of Iterable. The academy and the support chat helps me figure out anything that is more complicated. Plus, my work with the customer success team has helped me fine tune our strategy and improve our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides to Iterable, honestly. It's a great platform!

A Customer-Centric Innovator in the CRM Space
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Iterable’s continuous drive for innovation and its commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs. One standout example is their upcoming AI Agent, launching this fall. It’s designed to revolutionize CRM management by automating key tasks and providing real-time insights, analytics, and predictions. The scale and ambition behind this initiative are impressive — it’s not just another AI feature, but a true assistant for CRM professionals.
What I also love is Iterable’s genuine focus on customer feedback. During the Marketing Masters syncs, they actively listen to our ideas and pain points and actually follow through on them. Their openness to co-create new solutions with users like us is a major differentiator. It’s clear that they’re building with — not just for — their customers, and that makes a huge difference in the day-to-day experience of using the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
First off, I have to give kudos to Iterable for implementing the ability to save specific design blocks within the editor — this has been a game-changer in my daily workflow. It’s a perfect example of Iterable listening to customer feedback and turning it into real, tangible improvements. Thank you for making that happen!
In terms of future enhancements, one area that comes to mind is the Brand Affinity Insights. It would be incredibly valuable to filter trends by key markets (e.g., US vs. DE vs. UK) and to trace which specific campaigns have influenced shifts in affinity — such as increases in loyal vs. negative users. From what I’ve heard, some of this functionality might be included in the upcoming AI Agent Nova, which makes me even more excited for its launch this fall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable's data feed capability helped solve one of our most time-consuming work, namely work with multiple languages and across multiple markets, using one single template that fits all. It's also highly capable in terms of using simple html and basic coding for allowing different visuals/different discounts/different prices to be shown to the right customer, which again, is extremely helpful when doing global marketing.
Also, Iterable's journeys are very easy to build, often very intuitive, and have complex capabilities --> which help automating more of the manual efforts and save a lot of time for a CRM manager.

Iterable has been a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has made our customer journeys more efficient and requires less manual work from our small team. The onboarding process was quick and the team was helpful throughout not only implementation but also as we continue to use the product - available really anytime we have even the smallest question. Being able to personalize the customer journey and experience has improved our customers' overall experience with our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially learning the ins and out and how to set-up journeys and campaigns can feel intimidating. Highly recommend attending the training provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us talk to the right customers at the right time. The journeys have also improved our overall product experience as well as played a role in retention and conversion.
