What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Iterable is its remarkable flexibility and ease of implementation. Whether you're a seasoned marketer or just dipping your toes into the world of email marketing, the platform caters to all levels of expertise. The ease of sending personalized content is particularly noteworthy, thanks to the ability to build specific segments, the use of dynamic fields, and the catalog feature.
Another notable advantage of Iterable is its commitment to continuous improvement, frequently introducing new features that enhance the platform's capabilities. Customer support is always available and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in the analytics section. Although the platform provides essential insights, enhancing the analytics features could be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable effectively addresses a range of email marketing challenges, offering outstanding flexibility and easy implementation. Its ability to send personalized content ensures messages resonate effectively, and the platform enables the effortless setup of automated and blast campaigns across various channels. Additionally, Iterable's technical excellence stands out, simplifying the creation of advanced workflows and seamless integration of dynamic content into our marketing campaigns.

Great for journey build and email campaign sends

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build templates, campaigns and journeys. The ability to add a conversion event (that is not just a purchase) within a specific campaign element (i.e. an email or SMS) within a journey has been a gamechange for our monitoring and analytics this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the simpler functionalities of database management that other ESPs have, such as being able to change a user's email address can not be done simply within iterable, but have to be done through API calls on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using iterable to for lead nurting, customer development, post-purchase, loyalty and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's tool is powerful and easy to use. Training new associated on Iterable is q relatively quick process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service can sometimes be delayed as our account manager is in the UK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick email deployment, population segmentation, measurement of campaign efficacy.

What do you like best about the product?
CSM have been on very high level same with regular CS.
Documentations are robust and can help get quickly in depth info about iterable functions
Implementation of handelbars across all the platforms logics allow for a lot of flexibility and personalization opportunities
has good support for multilangual campaigns/automations.
Can create a lot of complex databases in the iterable that again allow for a lot of personalization opportunities and can avoid a lot of developer work.
API is robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functions are lacking and not on the level of the rest of the platform - you can get the data out of iterabel via API and move it to your DWH where you can do all the data analysis needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling to run complex automations and ofload developer work and allow for marketing specialists to easly oversee their campaigns integrating all direct marketing chanells into one platform

What do you like best about the product?
Best feature is the ease with which email/SMS campaigns can be created and the amount of detailing and segmentation that is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does get a little technical to use if you do not have prior experience with technical aspects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was as an app marketer and I need to work towards strategizing and creating CRM campaigns. Iterable is making it very easy for me to launch these campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and enables personalization based on audience. Stays on top of valuable product updates with customers in mind (which I very much appreciate).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to mention. Overall, I am happy with Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is enabling my to create complex automations to connect with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What's great is that Iterable is a big player in the market and has a few integrations with other software companies.

The journey and campaigns are easy to set up.

They have a decent academy where you can learn how to get started with the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable's provided value would grow a lot if they worked on the analysis part of the campaigns and journeys.

Setting up campaigns in 12 different languages requires a lot of manual work. Customizing how you work with locales and uploading strings for other languages would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on improving the retention of our product. Integrating Iterable with our backend helps me send the user the right message at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Support can help almost 90% of the porblems, it is always quick and solutions are provided clearly. Most of the time problems are solved within a matter of 30min with investigation, otherwise, follow-up also never go over 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a bit complicated for pure marketeer to use, will need to have engineering team's help if a marketing team want to hop on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Channel optimization helps a lot for us to gain the intelligence on where to send a piece of information to our audience and keep the relevance
Also allowing in-app push, push notification and email in the same spot really helps with executing an omnichannel strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a long-time Iterable customer, I'm impressed at how much the team has evolved their product offering over the years to offer user split experimentation, easy integrations with other leading martech platforms, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customer support options -- only a set number of internal users are able to contact the support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drives deep user engagement across multiple owned channels
