I like that Iterable works with me to build tools that will help my business

I wish the segmentation tool was easier to use (I would love it to look more like that filter tool in Journeys)

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a very user friendly platform and makes it easy to build out journeys and make changes and updates to current journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when building out journeys such as not being able to use dynamic event data inside of exit rules, and there is room for improvement with certain parts of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cataloguing feature has been very helpful to our company in being able to use localization and match users to events near them, which was a very intensive manual practice in our previous platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has incredible support, they help you tackle any new challenge or goal. I love how they have embraced AI and continue to make their proudct more efficent and help my team save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a little more robust, it is good enough for a quick check but we also use Mixpanel to dive deeper in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily personalize our communications and journey with our data which is key to converting our users and providing a unique experience. We are an international company so we use iterables locale feature to send our emails across 7 different launguage as well.
Comprehensive notifications platform
What do you like best about the product?
Scalable solution for user engagement and notifications, simple to set up and use from a technical perspective. We have a great relationship with our account representatives so it's a breeze if or when our team encounters any issues or has questions about best using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to accurately predict email volumes and subscriber volumes, which directly impacts our contract and pricing, but our account representatives are very helpful during the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications platform at scale for transactional notifications as well as marketing outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat support we have access to, where I can ask a question on any topic and know I will get the help I need. The platform is very user-friendly and allows you to leverage multiple channels to reach your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more functions for using SMS and monitoring reporting, replies, etc.

Send time optimization, journeys that are easy to set up, assistance with deliverability, enhancements to campaign set up and template set up

They provide expert advice, support and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our team ever has, they always go above and beyond to ensure a smooth resolution.

Phenomenal support and super user-friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Support feels instant, and everyone I speak to has an in-depth understanding of the product and its nuances. I feel that our team is able to push boundaries because of the support we receive for our questions and suggestions. We can also generate great personalized content because of the platform's flexibility. They're always letting us know about incoming improvements to the platform. It is a very intuitive platform and documentation is extremely thorough. In the off chance that documentation only gets you 98% of the way there, the support team is always ready to get you to your goal. Integration to Segment was incredibly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot change a user trait's data type or name once it is cast. Downloading a high-volume CSV from a list takes a very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy personalization, robust segmentation that supports regex is very helpful, and the flexibility within each feature like Journeys and Catalogs is great across our many use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how scaleable Iteralbe is. The functionality remains top-tier whether you have a database of 1,000 or 500,000 individuals. The system is incredibly fast, unlike some CRMs I have worked with when dealing with a large count of records.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list system was difficult to understand compared to how a contact section operates in a typical CRM. Once I learned how to leverage the list system, it allowed me to have fewer & more organized lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us reach our members by email and SMS in an efficient way. We've automated communications through the journey system that has allowed us to seamlessly communicate with members who come in through various channels.
Iterable is user-friendly with an excellent support team!
What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive part of Iterable is the outstanding support I have received as a customer. Whether I have a small question or need help with something urgently, the support team (shoutout to Kevin Guo in particular!) is always quick to respond as well as thorough and truthful in their communication and explanations. Additionally, the platform is easy to learn and use and has powerful segmentation and analytics tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no "dislike" about Iterable. It has quickly become my favorite Email Send Platform, and I am impressed that Iterable is continually adding new features and improving existing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving transactional email communications into Iterable has allowed us to manage email communication and preferences from a single service. Click through rate has almost doubled in the past year due to our new Iterable implementation!
Great support, great product
What do you like best about the product?
We use Marketo and Iterable. Iterable support is a lot better. In addition, Iterable is very responsive to feedback and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is built more for blast sends than trigger sends so there is still work to be done on that front for B2B businesses.

Iterable makes creating nurtures and drip campaigns really easy. In addition, it offers great personalization capabilties.
