Proactive Support and Flexible Automation for Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
I like the proactive approach that the Iterable team takes to solve customer issues, which is great for us since we're in the healthcare field and have different needs than traditional B2C tactics. Iterable allows us to pivot effectively. I value the Journey Assist feature, which helps me focus more on strategy rather than the creation of communication points. The initial setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Iterable could improve by customizing the user profile and being able to utilize that data more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps with automation, personalization, and data organization, enabling effective communication with our B2C customers. I appreciate their proactive approach and the ability to focus on strategy rather than creation.
Intuitive Platform with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Iterable incredibly intuitive and easy to learn, which makes using the platform a breeze. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service that comes with it. Additionally, the insights provided by Iterable are invaluable as they save us from the hassle of developing robust tracking within our own platform. On top of all this, Iterable has helped us personalize patient engagement efforts and improve conversions for key metrics.

Great Dashboards and Event History for Email Performance
What do you like best about the product?
So far I like the event history, brand affinity, it’s nice to have the dashboards for clicks and opens and send skips made for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that for some of our heavy and advanced use cases with some of our emails that require a lot of data in the payload to render can get complicated especially when it comes to template version control, there is no rollback feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable handling sends to push devices is nice and also sending out emails is good, we are still getting the hand of it
Streamlined Journey Creation, But Needs Simpler Batch Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Iterable is constantly updating their features, and I appreciate that we have premium support. Every time we run into issues, they are very quick to get us the response I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I saw there should be an easier way just to send out a batch campaign, like, a one time, where you don't actually need to create a journey to do that. Right now, we do need to, you know, create a journey, do a lot of filtering. But a lot of other ESPs I use, you can just, you know, create a campaign and define the target audience, define the time, and that's it. You don't need to actually go through all the journey creations to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create journey flows and perform cross-channel communications easily. Iterable simplifies testing, streamlining campaign management within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Iterable's easy UI, which makes it simple to use and follow. Setting up Iterable was easy for my team.

Better frequency capping management

Effective Email Management with Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Iterable allows us to send a high volume of emails efficiently. It also lets us rapidly experiment with sending emails at the right time for users, which used to require complex bespoke systems. The setup helped us quickly test different features, making our workflow more streamlined. I also like that Iterable can integrate with our custom software through webhooks for data retrieval and metrics reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been certain limitations, like only one email getting sent per eighteen hours for journeys, but we have been able to work with our Iterable support team to find ways around limitations like this.

Iterable allows us to rapidly experiment with email timing without building complex bespoke systems, optimizing our time and efficiency.
All-in-One Email, SMS & Push with AI That Speeds Up Journey Building
What do you like best about the product?
That I’m able to manage email, sms and push all in one platform. It makes reaching the customer on the right channel a lot easier as opposed to relaying on plugins or software like zapier. The Ai features also help speed up the work like building journeys which is really important when working on a lean team
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up API connections or custom events can be a little finicky and one action might break another, make sure you’re testing it all. Having a strong software engineer on your team is helpful

Iterable helps us reach the right customers with targeted messages, prevents over-communication, and personalizes customer experiences through effective segmentation and campaign optimization.
User-Friendly with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Iterable helps with building campaigns and making journeys quicker. I like that it's very easy to get a hold of CMS agents and that the code is easy to use. The different colors and HTML code are great because they help me find things, locate specific issues, and update the code easily. I appreciate having a CMS on hand where I can chat with them through Slack and get a hold of them quickly. The initial setup of Iterable was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates will be pushed through with the UI interface and won’t let us know so sometimes it’s hard when we will go back into the platform and it looks completely different or operates differently and have been updated about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps build campaigns and speed up marketing journeys. I find the HTML code and color use helpful in locating issues. Easy access to CMS agents through Slack enhances support.
Improved Data Connection and Superior Support
What do you like best about the product?
I think the customer service at Iterable is outstanding, a thousand percent better than any other place. I really value the Catalog feature, which allows us to connect our own data models to our content and dynamically serve our customers. The initial setup was very easy for us, thanks to the very supportive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to delete user profile fields.

Iterable reduces lag time of data connecting to customers and has made major improvements to our B2C business.
