A consistently reliable marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features have made subject lines and testing a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that they can improve at the moment. Previously, they would roll out cosmetic changes that would negatively impact our workflows, but updates for the past few years have done the complete opposite. We're satisfied customers and power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can communicate with our customers and subscribers, and Iterable makes that beyond easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has an intuitive UI and makes creating campaigns and measuring success a breeze. Plus, it's easy to tailor to each company's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting structure was more customizable. We can get all the info we need, but it's not always structured how we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to move quickly. We can create new campaigns fast and can edit and manage existing campaigns seamlessly.
We love Iterable for our healthtech company
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable connects with our tech stack, including our product, to allow us to highly personalize subscriber communications. It is easy to build out journeys, design templates and send blasts. Being a healthcare company, we have to be HIPAA compliant, and Iterable was by far the best HIPAA-compliant marketing suite for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few challenges around our data integration with Mixpanel. However, the Iterable team is always so quick to respond and great with helping us resolve any issues we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable provides us email and SMS capabilities across all of our subscribers, while integrating with our CRM, Analytics and product so we can understand exactly what marketing efforts impact product usage.
Great Automation partner for growing business!
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Iterable to be a great partner in pushing the boundaries of our we think about our data. They have listened to our needs and worked to find solutions that fit our business, even if they aren't off the shelf. The on-call support team is excellent. I also very much appreciate exposure to the annual Activate Summit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is not Retail so some of our use cases push beyond the norm and the vast majority of our use cases start with phone call not via a web form or web site visit. I would appreciate more proactive strategic outreach and a standing quarterly business review with recommendations pushing us beyond the limits of what we know and accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating legacy processes to a single automation platform, ensuring a more repeatable approach and consistency across workflows. We are also using Iterable to test the interaction of Email, SMS and Direct Mail workflows.
Making Lifecycle Marketing Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple ESPs and I find Iterable to be top-tier. It possesses an amazing balance between providing dynamic features for automation across multiple channels and a reliable support team to troubleshoot any issues experienced. I have already recommended Iterable to another brand for a separate project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is something I "dislike" however, I would love to see Iterable offer additional dynamic features for SMS and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides more options for automating messages across the customer's lifecycle. The functionality handlebars provide allows for a greater level of personalization and additional features such as Send Time Optimization, Quiet hours, Brand Affinity, and more, providing more opportunities to achieve a greater impact for marketing.
Fantastic and Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has allowed us to grow our marketing program in ways we didn't know were possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some in workflow throttling that we use that could be improved, along with our dynamic to static list conversions that sometimes fail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing sends based on time zones has allowed us to personalize our users' content to maximize engagement. And the use of Heat maps to show our design and Brand teams how our creative is engaged is a fan favorite in all of our recap decks.
The best ESP on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in Iterable at 3 companies and it is hands down the best ESP out there. A few things I love:
- Snippets allow you to create content in one place and apply it to as many emails as you want. This makes updates SO much easier. No other tool has this feature.
- The segmentation tool allows you to cross reference date and profile/event data, for example, allowing you to create incredibly segmented lists.
- Amazing support. Everyone at Iterable is knowledgeable and very willing to help.
10/10 recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a flaw, but it's helpful to have a dev or someone who knows JSON to really take advantage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be scalable and efficient, have perfect targeting, and easily A/B test for optimization. Iterable helps us do all of those things.
Launch to current state AWESOME
What do you like best about the product?
Iterables support team is fantastic; I use the live chat whenever I run into a challenge and sometimes even to brainstorm (or ask if I am doing something the best way possible)> They are always available and super helpful; I've never had an issue go unresolved! Also Brian (Deliverability) and Sam (CSM) are very responsive to our needs and are real problem solvers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with iterable is the lack of proofing collaboration with campaigns. I think this could be better if iterable could fold in an approval, changes or reject functionality right into the proof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable has replaced a complicated e-mail system with a complete marketing automation tool; it is also clean and simple to design as a starter without learning HTML design. This has not only improved timeliness but has also enabled us to work efficiently with a tiny team.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable provides a fantastic product for all things lifecycle marketing. Their customer service and success managers go above and beyond for their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the knowledge base to be a bit more user friendly - sometimes very hard to look up a specific question.

All things lifecycle marketing - we can reach our customers in one easy project.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the frequency and openness of our weekly meetings, Since we have recurring meetings I know that whenever we run into issues with the platform or want to try out new features, theres very little turnaround with getting responses. Whenever our internal users have reported a technical issue and I've had to get support from Iterable, we've come to a resolution quickly and easily. I also greatly appreciate the assistance I've receieved with helping to ensure deliverability of our non-marketing email systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't head any specific issues that would raise to the level of a complaint. From my vantage point (IT) all the assistance you've given has been perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Iterable platform has allowed us to intelligently target email campaigns to customers, while customizing the content based on the end user's subscription status and personal preferences. We get assistance with tracking our campaigns to ensure there are no major issues affecting delivery, while ensuring we're delivering the correct content to each recipient.
