Excellent experience with Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a godsend for our startup's lean marketing team. It's intuitive, chock full of self-service resources like Iterable Academy, and the Customer Success team is incredible at on-boarding and following up diligently. Integrating Iterable was a cornerstone of our quarterly goals and it's already proven its ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It's a good value compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product had never done personalized segmentation in our email marketing before, so Iterable was instrumental in setting that up.

Intuitive platform and the support we receive from the overall business whether product, customer success or finance!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a few challenges that are being addressed, and that is what we like about the company and its people...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables us to connect more directly and relevantly with our various audiences across our multiple business lines, which is hard to do in sports when sentiment is so changeable, the benefit is seen in being able to be responsive and learn as we go
Lifecycle platform built by lifecycle marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows for a more sophisticated data structure and lets us deeply personalize our campaigns across multiple channels. Their AI features are getting better and enriching the customer journey through personalization. Iterable is far and away the best email marketing tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature release schedule can be a little slow. It also requires extensive engineering support to get full usage out of the more robust features, but that's probably unavoidable. The native reporting capabilities are underwhelming and not intuitive. Also, if you're looking for a one-stop-shop email tool, Iterable only excels at 1:many email campaigns. For 1:1 email campaigns, as in sales enablement, you'll need a different tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to communicate with our customers and nurture prospects throughout their journey. Iterable allows us to segment by any metric we use to deliver the right experience to the right contact.
Incredible Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The team has been very helpful throughout both the sales and onboarding processes. Migrations are complicated, and they've been incredible in helping us manage all the moving parts, including answering all of our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to split within Journeys beyond 2 options (yes/no split).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the ability to increase personalization across multiple products for our customers.
Powerful and Intuitive Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The targeting capabilities using user-generated fields and events have made marketing campaigns more effective and much more personalised for our database. This makes a positive brand experience both for our database and improves our margins for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not the easiest to navigate and can take some work to discover true results. Usually, resort to exporting results and analytics and utilise third-party tools such as Excel, making the process much more manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our audience segmentation, allowing us to target effectively and appropriately for our clients and members. This has significantly improved member brand affinity and improved our reported results for clients.
Straightforward and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable allows you to truly dive into your product analytics and understand what is performing and what is now. It gives you a robust format to message and build trust with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall reporting can be challenging, and ensuring you have all the right things plumbing to the right place can be slightly challenging. But that depends on the level of data coming through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our problem of not having all our data accessible in a CRM and being able to do personalized action-based messaging to our end customers vs. through many old tech stacks.
Easy-to-use ESP with flexible and versatile tools and impressive customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is a straightforward platform that can do a lot. Its engagement and personalisation features are great and customer support is amazing. The UI is easy to use and they don't over-complicate their tools. They're also bringing in a bunch of cool AI tools I'm excited to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Iterable is still growing, it doesn't have some of the tools other ESPs provide (like preference centres), but they have partnerships with other providers, and I understand this feature, as well as others (like SMS) are coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Iterable to target customers in different stages of their journey. Iterable makes it easy to segment these customers and contact them at the right time with the right information.
Easy to use system with powerful capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
As a Marketing user, I can do everything I want to in the platform without developer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A content library for images that can be accessed outside of the email editor would be useful, though only a minor gripe

Marketing automation tool saves a lot of time for us. The inbuilt testing tools also make it seamless to run test and optimise our campaigns

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Being able to retain users and make them come back to our app
Great for sending massive amounts of ad-hoc emails, everything else, not so much
What do you like best about the product?
Has the ability to be very granular when it comes to designing emails with webhooks and the actual launching of emails is relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very manual and dashboards cannot be shared with teammates. The functions for Iterable in Zapier and Workato are so limited it's not useful.
