Super responsive support, user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
The userability of Iterable is top-notch. It's easy to onboard teammates to the platform because of how intuitive the design is. There's also great access to the support chat and they're very helpful in answering our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some limitation on the features compared to other platforms, for example the complexity with which we can build automated journeys is limited by wait step steps types, and it is difficult to manage users across different journeys.

The upsides of using iterable allows us to quickly set up complex journeys with a nice UI.

Multichannel winner
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has a strong focus on multichannel approaches to campaigns. They are far from email only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable is not the most user friendly or data flexible. Having developers on your team is highly recommended and if you need to refresh or restructure your data, do that before starting with Iterable.

It allows us to pull in huge amounts of data for more customization.

I like how I can navigate the platform with ease for all my communication needs.

The new template format is taking time to get used to.

Iterable is the best I have used so far. Everything is inuitive and very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot to learn and in the knowledge base things are hard to find. I am new to handlebars and logic and it would be helpful if there was more content to learn.

All the new features are amazing and the product just keeps getting better and better.

I love that it has so many capabilities that it allows me to do almost everything.

It is a bit overwhelming because it does almost too much. It is a blessing and a curse.

We've had some issues integrating SFDC opportunity data.

Targeting users via email that have fallen off or stopped using the product as much. This has helped bring back lost users and get them using our product again.

I love how easy it is to build workflows, clone same paths and being able to create this customer journey so quickly.

Heatmap or understanding click data for localized emails.

The UI can be a bit complicated if you set up for POC projects that turn into long term projects
