Great user marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy to use Iterable is without being a programmer - very much 'what you see is what you get' for the marketing templates. Iterable's team members are consistently very responsive and helpful and empathetic to our team's concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Iterable has a few areas of improvement:
-The built-in analytics and reporting tools are clunky and surprisingly not straightforward compared to the rest of the application. Calculations are unclear and difficult to follow and creating your own reporting for mix of campaigns seems near impossible.
-A few technical improvements (having fake environment SMTP for tests, allowing non gcal attachments, etc) would also be appreciated to really optimize at enterprise level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for reaching out to existing users and non-existing users through emails. We have been able to better segment user journeys within our product and within marketing journeys through Iterable.
The relationship with the customer success team is very good.
What do you like best about the product?
Even though our account manager changed throughout the time, the team is always prepared for our questions, new product updates etc. to help us and improve our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the template preparation page gives an error while trying to save the recently edited template. And the error can be solved by updating the page which means deleting the edited versions. Not sure we have another way to solve this, but finding a way to protect those new contents might be an improvement point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Help us to manage email activities, design new templates, automate workflows and more. The improved analytics page helps us easily see the performance of our email activities.
Nice tool for push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's possible to send Push notifications and emails with Iterable!
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation for React Native SDK is a little bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Iterable for sending push notifications and emails to the users.

It's a reliable tool for push notifications and emails. The support works pretty good!
Good CRM Program
What do you like best about the product?
Nice visualizations and super helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some key features that need to be added to product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating customer flows that optimize for engagement and retention.
User-friendly and great for personalization of messages!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is extremely easy to use and you can carry personalization through every message of a flow. It integrates with so many platforms that it makes it very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many likes and very few dislikes but it could use a user interface workover and an analytics boost. You can see a lot but I believe there is potential to analyze so much more within Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni-channel messaging is the real key problem that we are solving with Iterable. The fact that it integrates with so many platforms in our growth stack makes it even better!

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service support, continually adding/updating new features, multichannel communications, user-friendly workflow builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
A/B test functionality within workflows isn't as good as within campaigns. Can't set user fields as anything other than a string using the csv file method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Scaling our comms - Iterable has many time-saving features that were not available in our previous CRM platform e.g. ability to duplicate emails within a workflow, snippets etc
- Internationalisation - locales are enabling us to use Iterable to launch in new markets

Easy to use and intuitive CEP, but has limitations.
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable platform is easy to use and has an intuitive user interface. Easy to create templates and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Catalog campaigns have issues and when changes happen, there are negative performance downstream effects that are not factored in and uncovered by the users, instead of the other way around. Dynamic templates are buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for an easy-to-use email and web push creation and deployment that didn't require a lot of technical expertise, plus campaign metrics reporting. For the most part, these benefits have been realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy-to-use customer engagement platform that makes it easy to create templates and segmentation. Iterable is not the best platform for more advanced personalization and dynamically coded messaging templates.
Easy to use and flexible platform
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow functionality is great, there are many different to trigger a workflow and update user profile data with a few clicks. I like their segmentation tool as well, there are many options to segment and you can see how many users are in the audience and get a detailed list of each. And customer support is pretty good too, they usually answer very quickly with a comprehensive solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to troubleshoot data feed errors and sparkpost errors, as there is no error log in the UI and only support has access to it. There are also some limitations with catalog collections builder, but it's a great tool as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we migrated to iterable, we were using Mailchimp/Mandrill, which is really limited in functionality so most of our marketing automation was set up and controlled by our engineering team. Iterable puts the marketer in control, once the technical integration is complete, and makes implementing, testing and optimizing campaigns and journeys much easier and faster.

Iterable is a great tool for email and really easy to learn and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is easy to learn, fun to use, and makes my job easier. The support team and our rep are always available to help us troubleshoot and work through any problems we run in to. I also really love Iterable's segmentation tools - it is easy to use and enables us reach the right user at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to come up with things I don't like. There are tools I'd like to see added but those would be nice-to-haves and are not necessarliy needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to segment our audience. We don't have to run sql queries for each of our sends. Lifecycle campaigns are easy to implement and analyze. Where there's a will, there's a way with Iterable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to take your marketing to the next level, Iterable is the ESP to help you. When we switched to Iterable, we were able to run our existing campaigns at scale and create and test new campaigns with ease. Our customer support representative is always available to troubleshoot and they look to us for ideas to make their product better. I highly recommend giving Iterable a shot.

Lack of SMS support (e.g. send windows) and unclear dates for new feature support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable supports our entire email marketing experiences. We've seen an improvement in how we handle data through using Iterable and we've been able to easily scale thorugh their product.
