Iterable user for the last 6years
What do you like best about the product?
. Everyone at Iterable is extremely kind and supportive and always willing to find an answer to our questions no matter how big or small the question. The Platform itself is very easy to use, and the Campaign section is very detailed in the way you can use experiments for a/b testing.
Iterable's ability to be willing to adapt over the years to customer needs really and creating their roadmap around feedback, most other esp don't do that, and it's always long roadmap timelines

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest thing about iterable is not having native integrations in tools to our tech stack where we can pull in just specific fields as a marketer without an engineer to set up the webhook and piping for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an Omichannel solution for our company.
New company we are trying to understand our consumer base better, and retarget uses by utilizing our internal data, to better connect with our audience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Iterable they are genuine, good natured company with employees that truly care about your success. You won't regret the switch, we have an extremely complicated business model and they accepted the challenge and worked with us very closely during migration and we still work with them closely.
Strong functionality leads to robust workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate your company's data within Iterabe allows for the ability to get very creative with targeting and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you build out more robust workflows, data can sometimes get lagged in running the processes and can lead to delays in comms being sent out. This tends to only be an issue on larger and more complicated workflows - I wouldn't expect the average user to run into these issues very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use Iterable to help us be more data-driven in our approach to marketing campaigns. Being able to A/B test within a workflow makes tracking the results of various campaigns a breeze.
Great email automation software for start-ups
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive way to create automated workflows, lots of flexibility for customization, integration with a host of 3rd party software, great account support, reasonable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
WYSIWYG email editor is a bit limited and restrictive compared to others. Would love to see custom font integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate workflows and target users by using customer behavior and data is a game-changer. Helped immensely with user retention and reactivation.
Iterable Paves The Way for Streamlined Customer Communications
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the workflow suite and the ability for us to think cross-channel when we set up campaigns and how customer actions can quickly be pulled in to create unique user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a more out of the box solution that wouldn't create as heavy a burden on our Engineering team to also support site assets for campaigns. Right now we have 2 separate tools, and are just starting tee up how system webhooks could work to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In consolidating our tool stack from 3 tools down to 1 we have better visibility to all the customer touch points we as a company have implemented. This has allowed us to make quicker decisions on what should remain in place and where we can consolidate messages in the flow.
Awesome, intuitive, powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, doesn't bug out and can do almost anything I try to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Fewer integrations than competitors and you can't add someone to a workflow when they're created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user journey is much easier to build out and manage using Iterable than other platforms I have previously used. Management of lists is also much easier than Mailchimp, with the ability to update user data and pull/upload/download lists quickly.
Data driven ESP
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get and use data in Iterable, which makes driving personalization and workflows very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit confusing at first, and the reporting modules are fairly basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created a much more robust customer lifecycle communication approach, and automated many of the touchpoints for our different customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Would be great to have more built in integrations and improved reporting dashboard
- Device preview does not support catalog personalization or complex templates , needs major improvement. It makes it hard to see the final template on multiple devices
- Not the most friendly and simple U. I compared to other platforms

Personalize recommendations to customers
Excellent experience
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an extremely powerful engagement tool that my team uses on a daily basis to send personalized, segmented and automated communication to our users. The support team is very efficient and one of the key differentiating factors, in my opinion, is the ability to create complex workflows and connect them, via webhook with our own database.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX and analytics could be improved and are not the best when we compare to other customer engagement tools. Implementation was not easy and there is a steep learning curve to understand how to use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send personalized communication in a scalable way to 2 million users...taking into account each user is different and has a different behavior and interests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the implementation time
Iterable and it's experience
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has good campaign dashboard. And, I like the metrics of the emails. the Email on acid feature is the best and it helps us to test each and every email with ease. We have not take the eoa subscription and that's the huge benefit as per me. And the responsiveness of the emails and integrations are quiet simple. We don't have any database connected as of now. But, we will be integrating the crm soon. The campaign flow looks so easy, the workflows has so many triggers. And, I have done the free certification of iterable that's insane. With the simple and easy understandable terms we can get the from the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign schedule times selection has to be improved. If the system time is not matching with the Iterable time. Then, the schedule times wont show up. There are nothing dislikes about this product. Seems easy and support is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do bulk email campaigns, with iterable it's easy to schedule and launch. And, moreover it's a friendly tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be considered if you're having complex workflows that needs an automation. So, Compared to other tools it is the best.
Great, stable ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Since we moved to Iterable 1,5 years ago I've been impressed with the level of customer support and opportunities of this ESP. There are many connections with external tools. I can say using Iterable has lifted our email communications and we're now starting to explore the connection with other channels like Facebook & app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The handlebar logic is not easy to get your head around. I've seen more user-friendly ways of adding dynamic content in emails from other ESP's. However most of the logic we use is in our automated campaigns so once set up, it's set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've definitely improved our level of automation. Our automated emailflows are all collected in workflows. A great feature of Iterable is that it allows you to connect with other marketing channels as well.
