The perfect platform for medium to large sized businesses ready to expand their email strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Iterable has the toolsets for fairly entry level email marketing applications, with the ability to expand into fairly sophisticated enterprise solutions. That structure allows us to be very comfortable with building very long term relationships without concerns that we'll outgrow the platform anytime soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very API oriented, which is really important for the ability for you to grow the platform at your pace. However, there are a few items only accessible via the API that can create unnecessary friction for smaller teams with limited developer resources spread across multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're starting to feel very empowered by our user data and Iterable is helping us scale our email strategy . The journey has been slow, but going into the second year of our contract, we've nailed the basics and now are starting to plan for much more sophisticated use of our data and campaign funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pad a little developer time into your deployment calendar. Iterable customer success teams are really fantastic about making sure that you get the fundamentals correct, and sometimes that requires a little trial and error with how you import and design your data for long term growth.
Innovative Multi-Channel CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's user interface is intuitive and we love the flexibility within workflows. They also have great customer service and are always able to help us solve our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting tool can use work - a lot of it requires manual work because of the lack of export capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Iterable to be able to easily test user communications at scale and to also have a singular tool to send multi-channel communications.
Iterable a great investment for marketing professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love Iterable because since I started using it the product has improved a lot and has become more innovative. I am pleased when my team needs product changes, as they are ready to listen to my needs and do their best to improve it. It has a clear, adaptable and comprehensive interface to build the automation of the campaign workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can affirm that the most painful part of Iterable is the design of templates versus messages since sometimes it is a nuisance to edit a template and make it not be reflected in a message the way you thought. On the other hand, it can have different projects, but there is no order on a project. There is no control panel for several projects to check trends in those projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Iterable as an instrument for user retention because it allows design and marketing to help retain users and increase revenue without having to rely on engineering to post messages or workflows. We also use it to send emails to the marketing team.

For us Iterable is a great tool for B2C companies that want to focus on increasing retention through messaging between channels.It is ideal for companies looking for an email client that can automate complex marketing campaigns and anyone who needs campaign flexibility or unique campaign characteristics.
Customizable & Connected
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable offers one of the most in-depth audience segmentation tools imaginable, allowing me to be specific in targeting in order to resonate most with my audience. The customizable email features also allow for split tests, optimizing for the most important combinations of content. The ability to export audiences to Facebook is also very useful for ad campaigns and other social strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything that I don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to segment audiences very specifically in order to grow our audience through our understanding of how to best serve them.
Good tool to allow non-engineers to manage emails
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update variables and test different types of emails.

Lack of Salesforce syncing has created extra dev work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to email our users easily and without developer help.
Very decent tool at the given price point, but some advanced functionality missing
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to setup differenent types of campaigns, as well as workflows. The analytics available in the tool are also very decent. Personalization is also very easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't perform any sort of data manipulation using the data that is fed into the tool. You can't create a new data field using the existing data fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting customers with personalized content to improve revenues. We've managed to double the revenues from CRM.
It adapts to the competency market
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is so flexible that there are always multiple ways to solve any new idea. I also like it since I can segment and customize the specific experience of each user. Something that is very useful in this program is that the integration with multiple tools, including our own development tools, means that I can track the life cycle of our users, including any action the user takes, which makes us have greater reach with the client and greater prominence based on control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you search for campaigns, a campaign does not appear in search results that do exist and must be displayed as search results. You must refresh the page several times to make it work. It happens very little but when it happens it is tedious. Two other things that I will say, is that I would like to have more sources available when using the drag and drop function. I would also like templates and campaigns to self-save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Iterable, we been fulfilled since we were looking for a marketing tool that would allow us to design more sophisticated user experiences based on their behaviors. We were especially interested in segmentation and automation and based on this we have had very important results in the last months. With this tool the company adapts to the market and is ahead of its competitors in this sentid.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Iterable is an improvement both for you and for your company, I believe that you still have a lot of room to grow. It fascinated me a lot and my colleagues also. It is worth mentioning that if you are executing a medium amount of complex workflows and segmentation this program could help you to have a greater development. It is made for big challenges.
Best User Friendly Email Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful Dedicated Chat Support is an invaluable service that helped me time and time agai. Platform provides scalability with a positive platform experience for even first time users. There are very little limiting tools - allowing a marketer to tap into many channel functions.

Feature requests don’t get prioritized sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an incredible platform for marketing automation. Evergreen funnels are becoming a huge part of my company and iterable makes it very easy to make this possible.
Beyond that, i think iterable has fantastic support and resources necessary to accomplish the marketing goals we are aiming to hit.

The building of evergreen funnels has really helped us hone our efforts for both lead conversion and customer retention.

it allowed us complete customization for our data, which allows Marketing to fully access customer info without assistance.
