Iterable's Workflow Studio is a simple drag-and-drop tool for building customer marketing journeys.

User-Friendly and Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is intuitive, easy to navigate and user-friendly. I value the ability to build and manage multi-channel campaigns all within a single platform. In particular, the segmentation tool has opened up new ways to refine our targeting, while the drag-and-drop builder has saved our team both time and effort.
Customer support has also been excellent. Shoutout to our CSM Claire, who has been instrumental in troubleshooting and making sure we get the most out of the platform. I appreciate being able to submit feature requests and actually see them implemented, as this involvement makes me feel connected to the development of the features I use and more invested in the platform overall.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple of areas where I'd appreciate further development, e.g. functionality to organise lists and group them into folders, and also a clear way to monitor the growth and development of lists and segments over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables us to manage multiple multi-channel lifecycle campaigns with ease. It's opened up new opportunities for personalisation and segmentation so we can target the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
Intuitive, Versatile, and Powerful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find it quite intuitive, versatile and powerful. Getting in touch with customer support is easy and people are always very helpful. We are aware that the capabilities of the tool are very big and the integration can be expanded, and we'd love to receive guidance in that respect. People who work with the software everyday find it easy to implement new logics and workarounds. We use it everyday across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that accessing information and understanding the platform's capabilities could be made more straightforward. There seem to be simpler ways this could be achieved. Maybe some smart tips with AI or accessible case studies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is making it easy for us to create, analyze, iterate and optimize campaigns that have worked in the past.

The segmentation tool is super helpful. Much easier than some other tools I've use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't delete or edit user and event fields. (I know, you hear this a lot)
I really wish I had folders for lists. I hear this is coming soon.
I wish user profiles had a "history" feature, where you can see when fields were added / changed. (similar to how you can view a contact record history in HubSpot)

Embedded messages help us display stuff in our apps without having to get our eng teams involved each time.
Segmentation tools are super helpful, previously we were using SQL heavy products for this

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Iterable combines a clean, intuitive interface with powerful automation and personalization tools, making it easy to build complex user journeys, test new ideas quickly, and deliver highly relevant messages across multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can feel limited and sometimes requires manual work or outside tools to get deeper insights, especially when comparing performance across multiple campaigns or channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable solves the challenge of sending timely, personalized communication at scale by centralizing user data, automating complex lifecycle journeys, and enabling cross-channel messaging—all of which helps us deliver more relevant experiences, increase engagement, and save a significant amount of manual work.
Great Tool for Email Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to create new journeys. It also offers many great features that make working with it enjoyable every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the quality of customer support has declined somewhat as time has passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is primarily utilized as a platform for marketing automation and managing commercial campaigns. Features such as Send Time Optimization (STO) and Quiet Hours have proven to be especially important in these efforts.

Love the user interface and the ease at which the olatform can be navigated. Also the cudtomer support is great

Iterable Empowers Our Teams with Flexibility, Scale, and Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wide range of features that help boost efficiency across various teams, including product, marketing, and data. Iterable gives our team the flexibility required for quick experimentation, the scalability to connect with audiences worldwide, and an easy-to-use interface. It also allows us to build custom journeys that we couldn't create with our previous solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there's isn't anything I dislike, we're newer to the platform. As we gather feedback we'll happily share, but in comparison to our previous solution Iterable is changing the game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, Iterable is addressing our challenges with rapid experimentation and accelerating our speed to market. Our existing process is highly manual, involving over 30 steps and taking three to four weeks just to launch basic campaigns. With Iterable, we are also able to enhance personalization and create customized user journeys that respond to individual customer actions, rather than relying on broad, mass messaging strategies. Additionally, Iterable provides our team with real-time visibility into email performance and delivers insights and metrics for each campaign within a single platform. This is a significant improvement over our current setup with Eloqua and Tableau, which lacks the level of granularity we require.
Effortless to Use with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. I like how easy it it to copy over rows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dragging feature slows me down but it’s also the easiest way to do stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really easy to build last minute segmented audiences which is really helpful for last minute batch and blasts.
Straightforward and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The features are straightforward to learn and utilize, but this is not at the expense of flexibility or quality. The segmentation using both user profile fields and event data is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see improvements to Smart Ingest functionality, particularly the speed of the service. The length of time it takes to sync data with Iterable has been somewhat limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is allowing for dynamic content in emails and thus personalization of marketing that goes out to our customers, which was previously not possible. We are testing this now with hopes it will benefit the team's productivity and drive revenue for the company as a whole.
