What do you dislike about the product?
- There could be more features added to enhance testing and channels, they are working on it and it's nothing really crucial to using it as a Customer Engagement Platform
- The analytics dashboard is not stellar, but still has a lot of useful information, I trust them to improve their product
- Embedded messages and their use in journeys could be improved

- Enablement of wider marketing team
Previously we relied on 1-2 people in the email marketing team to create, review and send emails, along with audience creation. It drove them to burn out because it was an immense load to carry. We decided to invest in a software/platform that enables team members to own their comms. As of today, we are almost a year into using Iterable, and most colleagues in different departments have used it to build their emails along with our audience building tool Hightouch. They still are not experts and make mistakes, but slowly and surely they will be able to send their own comms faster and better. The straightforward UI and UX was the main reason we decided to go for Iterable.

Intuitive Platform with Strong Segmentation, Needs Better Conversion Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive Iterable is, making it easy to navigate and use, especially the visual journey builder, which allows me to design complex workflows with ease. The platform's segmentation tools are also a standout, enabling us to deliver highly personalized messages without needing developers. Additionally, I find the integrations seamless and the personalization features robust, which together create a comprehensive, connected experience that is easy to manage. The clear analytics provided by Iterable also give me confidence in assessing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Furthermore, the ability to centralize various communication channels like in-app, push, emails, and SMS into one flow is a major advantage, simplifying the management of customer interactions and journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the conversion tracking in Iterable could be significantly improved. Currently, it does not work as reliably or accurately as needed, which affects our ability to trust the campaign performance data. This lack of reliability makes optimizations difficult. We would greatly benefit from more reliable tracking, clearer documentation, and stronger attribution options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Iterable to centralize and automate email marketing workflows, managing complex customer journeys and sending personalized messages at scale. It simplifies audience segmentation and integrates multiple communication channels in one place, enhancing our marketing efficiency.
Effortless Customer Engagement with Powerful Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable makes customer engagement simple and powerful. I love how easy it is to create personalized journeys across email, SMS, and mobile, and the platform’s intuitive design means we can launch campaigns quickly without sacrificing sophistication.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate how many channels and automation possibilities Iterable offers, the reporting interface could be more intuitive and robust: we found ourselves exporting data just to get the dashboards we needed. Also, for new users, there is a bit of a steep learning curve before you can confidently build complex journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team used to spend a lot of time managing multiple tools for email, SMS, and push notifications. Iterable consolidated all those functions into one platform. Now, we can automate complex workflows, test messages easily, and analyze results in real time. It’s made our marketing operations more efficient and freed up time for strategy and creativity instead of manual campaign setup.
Feature-Rich with Excellent Support, Needs Better Broken Link Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
So many features, great support team! I didn't realize all the extra marketing tools it has until our rep shared with us the full potential. Looking forward to using more of the features
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would give me a warning when CTA links are broken
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire email program use Iterable. Love the analytics shared for each send.
Intuitive, Flexible, and Perfect for Multi-Channel Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Iterable makes it easy to create and automate personalized email and push campaigns. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and great for managing multi-channel customer journeys without needing heavy technical setup. It also integrates well with other tools, which helps streamline marketing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Iterable doesn’t have a true developer-first editor. It’s great for marketers, but customizing templates, managing complex logic, or working directly with code can feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us centralize and automate all our customer communications across email, SMS, and in-app channels. It saves time by allowing us to build personalized journeys without manually managing each segment.
Powerful Data Segmentation, But Takes Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I migrated our company to iterable primarily to leverage the sophisticated data infrastructure that allowed us to deep nested data for segmentation and journey logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platform isn’t very user friendly and the segmentation prompting requires some nuanced thinking to get used to. This is largely addressed via the ai prompting innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to leverage out entire suite of use data to power our full funnel user journeys.
Powerful Personalization, But Interface Could Be Simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Very advanced platform with lots of options for highly personalized dynamic emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes interface is more complicated and not as immediately user friendly as others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to make highly dynamic templates for both campaign and journey comms

Crm solutions and data and using AI to streamline processes
It works. It sends emails at scale.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s especially good for scheduling when you have contacts all over the world. It’s predictive sending feature is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn’t the most plug and play out of the box to integrate data across the org.

Breath of Fresh Air
What do you like best about the product?
I love how innovative Iterable is. They’re constantly updating to provide the best and most current experience with up to date technology
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing journeys and other automations is a bit tough as we have to execute our tests in a sandbox environment. I wish there was a way we could render what would be visible to customers directly in the journey builder and mimic what customers would see if they actually went through the journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization has been key, with utilizing handlebars and catalogs to create dynamic content
