Easy to use and intigration with our other systems

There is no autosave feature. You much save your project every no and then again otherwise you may lose your content.

The user interface is very user friendly. People outside of the core CRM can make sense of the flow!

Sometimes I can't tell what changes have been made to a draft in a journey.

What do you like best about the product?
A platform that is very easy to use and integrates well with other tools. They also evolve with new features and their customer service is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting does not fit our needs, so we have to transfer engagment data and create our own reporting.

Allows us to easily create journeys and segment our database by affinity and engagement.
Flexible email design and campaign organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean UI, it makes me excited to share Iterable with other colleagues because I'm so confident they'll enjoy it as much as I do. Placing campaigns in folders and the ability to add tags and metadata really allow us to keep our content organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I haven't found much I don't like, if anything the ability to easily see who is listed in a list could be a little easier and better UI. Typically today I just export the list but maybe there is a better way to do that today?

Some of the menu management can be confusing, but seeing the roadmap eases this concern!

Iterable has an intuitive, user-friendly UI, and super helpful success managers that ensure you're using the platform to its fullest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor functionality that is market standard is still in devopment. But they do listen to customer feedback and actually take action on it.

Iterable is helping with multichannel lifecycle orchestration, ensuring we're sending the right message to the right person at the rofht time on the right channel. It also empowers our marketing team to be more self-sufficient.
