Processing time can be very slow depending on the amount of data being segmented.

Accessible insights tool; segmenting audience is really user-friendly; support is unparalleled.

Iterable is always making improvements. I don't dislike anything, because features are always being deployed and modified. Very user-centric.

Converting leads to funded clients - reducing our cost of acquisition - increasing overall engagement.

Everything. You should see what we are/were working with, like rubbing two sticks together to send email.

A bit intimidated, but it is so great to be able to come here right after signing up to get so much information.

I have been using Iterable for the past two years and it is such a wonderful tool. Iterable gives us the ability to communicate with our customers effectively and at the right time. Highly recommend.

I would like the error messages to be a little more clear and descriptive so I can fix the specific issue.

Iterable is increasing their AI usage which will be highly helpful to increase personalization.

Switched Salesforce to Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love the customer support I have received at Iterable. They are fast, helpful and very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches with in the software that could be improved, such as fixing the image uploaded in chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our email marketing needs and in the near future we will be adding additional features such as sms.
