It can give you clear picture of your device network status. It helps in analysis packet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In network issue specially in packet loss, jitter and flapping we are using solar wind to capture current and previous data and restore the issue by checking flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Provide reliable monitoring solutions for Servers, Network equipment and all other IT equipment that needs monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now none. I dont see anything wrong with our monitoring tool.

Provide accurate monitoring for servers and network equipment to avoid possible downtime.
Solarwinds VMAN is relieving from manual chores
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is VM Sprawl. With VM sprawl notifications and suggestions, we can rapidly reclaim virtual resources. To clear up storage capacity, VMAN can automatically discover orphaned VMDKs, stale, and zombie VMs and we can review and delete them. You can further cut costs by right-sizing your virtual machines with the help of VMAN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up SolarWinds VMAN is a tough task.Their support is not to mark. Also we were not able to integrate our VROPs with it due to compatibility issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of the functions are very easy to use and require little setting after installation. It's really simple to go around because to the interfaces and tag sites, and searching is also very simple. Under a single platform to manage all our Virtualization infra. it offers a tremendous amount of detail.
Excellent tool to monitor and very customize
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is the large number of connectors that are available to be able to carry out various types of validations. and another advantage is its low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest challenges is that you have to programmatically configure everything you want to monitor and this in the end takes a lot of time and is no longer very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having a large team of engineers monitoring multiple types of systems, since only by configuring the alarms can a problem be addressed promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
Solar winds is good for server logs and monitoring the cpu utilisation and history of the server resources like cpu consumption history. For alerts generation also it is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my prospective its a good product for monitoring. I have not found any difficulties to operate the software, overall it's a good software for monitoring and all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of this application we can monitor for network down, alert generation cpu monitoring, memory utilisation, drive monitoring and all the server resource we can monitor.

This is a powerful tool that is very pretty much good in monitor and managing large and critical environments. In simple words I can say scalable, reliable and secure to use.

The first thing it comes to my mind is the support it is very typical to get support from SolarWinds. We can not integrate with other tools and if they provide any SOP that is greatfull

It helped us a lot in giving the best performance in monitoring security and network and managing our entire assets one tool which does all the monitoring and user-friendlyly.
Great product for network traffic analysis
What do you like best about the product?
SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer provides us the ability to analyze our traffic flow and give us the visibility which we have limited access prior. It also provide us the abilitiy to optimize our traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer had a very high learning curve and is quite complex. This may be a huge blocker for many. Cost is also another huge factor for us.

SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer provides us the ability to inspect our traffic patterns and optimized it. This allow us to do things like traffic shapping and etc.

This is the complete monitoring system built on orion platform and it supports application and dependency monitoring with automatic app & infrastructure discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface should be customisible and it should be improved in terms of ease of access. The UI may feel cluttered in the beginning till we don't get enough experience with it.

It is helping the business grow by consistenly monitoring our important application and infrastructure are running fine.

For a new user it is difficult to utilize all the aspects of EOC effectively. Need training and documentation for better understanding

Especially monitoring the network devices in which if the circuit is down it will generate ticket using EOC
