BluePrism - Changing the way business is done
What do you like best about the product?
BluePrism is a powerful tool that can transform mundane and manual tasks into automated, effective and efficient tasks. It gives businesses the power to create, build and innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for my experience, I cannot identify any downsides as I am a Business Analyst which is not that technical in terms of using the tool. Though BluePrism should think of other ways to be ahead of its competitors such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere to be the leading RPA software in the market.
BluePrism can also be more aggressive not just with established business but also in the world of Academe so that they can penetrate the market way ahead than others by targeting students who can be trained to use the tool. In this way, even before graduates enter the world of employment, they already carry the knowledge of being able to use the tool and they can be advocates of BluePrism.

-Human-error and repetitive tasks are being automated to achieve business objectives
-Underutilized FTEs are now being highlighted because of RPA
-FTEs are being released which results to significant financial savings
-FTEs are being transferred to other departments which need for analysis from humans
-Standardization and streamlining of processes to maximize the benefits of automation
-Freeing up capacities to focus more on other important business objectives thereby resulting to employee empowerment
-Providing more insights and analytics

Blue prism make my life easier in making application
What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism is so powerful RPA tool in today generation it is very easy to use. I like best here is their security and there are so many VBO's to offer and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said in what do I like best that there are so many VBO's we can use however there are still lack of feature in blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue prism help me a lot when I'm working with repetitive collecting of data and also when we need to compare two files.

You won't regret using blue prism, so if you're thinking whether to avail license or not don't think twice and avail it today.

can automate almost every process and easy to develop/re-code. it's multibot structure is very helpful and cost-friendly

need more resources to learn some of the advanced capabilities.

manual processes that may take days can be automated into minutes. there's more time to do other tasks/things. it's a new skill set for a developer.

User-friendly and easy to use for a non-programmer with a process-oriented view.

BP's OCR capabilities. The surface automation/screen scraper is not very effective and is unreliable when changes occur.

Reducing time and effort for both finance and operations, handle an immense load of repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The best RPA tool ever in market with it ease of use and stable releases. Has loads of inbuilt functionality and licence costing is same for developer or control room which is best when compared to other tools where you need to pay for each separately. It has very strong bonding with application which works like charm. Exception handling and code maintenance, re usability is more compared to any other tool in RPA market. It has got great benefit over its stability and additional features of Queue management, control room management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It almost a best tool for just RPA work, it needs to implement more Cognitive solutions to be in this competitive market as other leading RPA tools are already having cognitive solutions implemented with its tool. Its better to be ahead in race and have all required methodology ready for this race.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are wide range of solution that we have implemented, mainly into Banking sectors.
It does its job just perfectly and based on accuracy its high in demand from other business fields aswell.
It has reduced significant number of full time employees used in this repetitive work, and helped them to move into some productive work with upgraded skills.

Its great tool with its best in stability provides a great solution in any platform. Once can easily go with this tool. It requires less coding skills but definitely needs the knowledge of coding as compared to other tools in market.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the leader in market from long time. Its best with its consistent and most reliable solution. It has most strong interaction with application and provides always a best results with specified operations. It has best in class exception handling mechanism and very user friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades takes ages and migration from one version to another is of more work. Like the schema and encryption methods are upgrading and it will be difficult for importing as is packages, it has to done manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mostly on Insurance and Banking. It has greatly supported our clients with the solution as its very stable and has accurate results. It has reduced significant number of FTE's
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be better have more releases with good upgrades frequently. Upgrades are very late but I do agree that it has great features implementation.
Extraordinary RPA Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We have simply everything in one simple tool. Central server, development, monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have knew others solution as desktop automation and BLue is in the top!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance routines, HR routines and almost 70% of the internal back office routines.

think about solid and roubust RPA solution. Desktop solutions are not RPA.
Smarter Way To Rpa
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest of them all, very well structured and best tool in terms of visualization and stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
No recorders or any fast developing wizards which enables a shorter dev time and requires an improvement on the different platform integrations like Citrix etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have automated close to 50 processes through BP be it banking process like Audit Query, Personal Lending or processes like Recon , Clearance, Financial Reports, Global banking reports and compliance testing automations.

If you are looking for a tool which is easy to use, best in terms of visualization and has a concrete structure

The features blue prism provide to interact with application provides the efficient way to build unattended bot. I would say Blue prism is a user friendly and helps to maintain the built bots effectively once the bot is live incase of any termination

We do not find any Cognitive feature in blue prism tool

the business problems addressed so far are in the areas like Financial services, Communication and Media Technology, health care, Customer care and supply chain. It was always been a successful deployment.
