Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The email alerts to keep me on track. It is very helpful with a busy schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. Occasionally when logging in through chrome, it takes me to an error page but its uncommon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning new products, new contracting methods and general company info as we navigate the auto vertical.

It is a useful training aid that out trainer has leveraged quite well. I've grown bc of it!

Mind tickle app having so useful courses which are very useful.

There is no big good issue with Mind Tickle, i am expecting more connectivity between any devices to access Mind Tickle app.

I got my sales emblement in my portfolio so it helps a lot to deal with my customers and to grow our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an easy to use format and the platform is very intuitive. I think that the platform also allows for a variety of given trainings on there and I like the fact that each and every training has a different format. The quizzes are useful in allowing me to see the knowledge gaps that I have and it is a great way for my management to see the progress that I have on the platform. I think it is a great way for organizations to inform and training individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the submission process for online learnings. I find that I have to reenter my submissions over and over again. I have had numerous submissions errors over and over because of some small technical issues and I have had to redo my submissions over and over each time it came to a new mind tickle.
I also dislike the fact that the notifications are not prevalent and I do not get sent them as frequently as I would like. It would like to do more trainings but I never get notified as frequently as I would like.
I would say that the technical issues and tranings are about the hardest things to deal with in the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do find that sometimes the issues that mindtickle is solving are trainings gaps within the organizations. Mindtickle is useful in helping individuals find out their skills gaps and is using this to help individuals at scale solve these problems . I think that mind tickle is very effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that mindtickle is grat in training other organizations at scale and that it is an effective tool to help out with trainings as it allows for different formats and everything.

Great learning platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track my completion of courses and earn points according to completion. I like that I can see my points in relationship to my peers as well. I also like that my recently completed courses are listed on my home screen, and marked "complete" with a time stamp for easy reference. Additionally, I enjoy that the courses are easily searchable and that they are organized in folders. I also appreciate the due/overdue tab that allows users to identify what they still need to tackle. I enjoy the fact that you can see a high level estimate of the time a module will take to complete so you can budget your time accordingly. Even if I can't complete a module in the initial timeframe, I can count on MindTickle to capture where I left off and take me back there when I am ready to jump back in. Also, I like the ability to download the modules into PDFs for future reference. I also enjoy the interactivity component of modules, where you can provide embedded questions, videos and submission fields for users to complete - this certainly helps with engagement! Ultimately, I'm grateful for a platform that allows me to interact with learning material in a meaningful way.

Can't think of any shortcomings - the courses are easy to find, go back to and track
