relevant, bite sized, usable content
What do you like best about the product?
the experience of being able to access at my phone or laptop and pick up podcasts on the go and feel like I am not just sitting reviewing data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can still go deeper and richer with the content but it is a great start point for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving partners a pathway to self learn speeds up the process of enablement. same for internal sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are nice consolidated short sessions that you can go at your own pace. They are really well constructed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything negative about the sessions or content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like that there are sessions that address new tools and/or services. It really really helps beyond seeing the general announcements. If there is testing, it's usually pretty manageable and helps you to remember pertinent topics and key phrases.

The user interface is easy to use and understand. You can go at your own pace and quickly pick up where you left off if you need to take a break.

Can't think of anything I dislike. If I could learn through osmosis that would be nice.

Learning technology applications which can be tedious and boring at times.

It's easy to learn there is a lot of content, we can access to it with a mobile.

Some training have some bugs. We can see that some training are not completed at 100% even if i already completed it.

It offers fun and easy to manage interface for technical content. I have a dashboard to review my team progress in one screen.

The popups, lost in the multi-level navigation hierarchy interface for courses.

Mindtickle. Food for the mind
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a no pressure, fun, insightful way of learning. Everything about it is comfortable and relaxing. While other tools try to beat you into submission with tons of text, reading material, etc., Mindtickle is broken into logical sections, has simple user interfaces, and always lets you know what is coming next. At my job, the only trainings I really love are Mindtickles - the rest of them I know I'll be bored and will have to spend extra time going back and forth trying to learn stuff. With Mindtickle, I just know I'll take the training with short, interesting videos and that a knowledge check will come up, which is pretty much always relevant and insightful. I also know exactly where to find the information I need in case I need to go back and brush up on some terms or concepts. Mindtickle is really an amazjng learning tool.
I also like the loading times and how I never have to wait in order to start learning. On any network connection I've tried, Mindtickle works perfectly. It's also highly available. I have never had any issues logging into the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I just wish all of our training was delivered via MindTickle. It's that good. Perhaps I'd like it to integrate with other tools, like labs for my particular use case, but this is pretty much nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning technical and sales plays. Most of the time, both tracks are delivered in the same video. First, business. Then technical. Having both aspects covered makes all the difference. The benefits I've realized: I've come to understand our line of business much better, and I can deliver results in far less time than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small. Use small videos. Don't try to upload huge training courses or catalogs. Let people learn at the ir own pace. Do not pressure them into trying to do all things at once with Mindtickle. Let them learn at your own pace. And always, always add a feedback tool to every Mindtickle you develop, and iterate, iterate, iterate.
