Great training tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, tons of playback control including pausing, fast forward, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, the tool works quite well

What do you like best about the product?
With all the modules on mind tickle makes the on boarding and getting familiar with the company very easy and interactive. With these modules I got to know about the company ethics and principles along with company vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mind-tickle there are so many features which are very helpful, like the one where it shows the roadmaps of the module and these little things creates interest in some boring PPTs. but on mindtickle there should be some extra feature like download or view full screen or something similar like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the modules on mind tickle makes the on boarding and getting familiar with the company very easy and interactive. With these modules I got to know about the company ethics and principles along with company vision.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is very easy to use for the end user as well as the administer. MindTickle constantly is upgrading features and enhancements to their platform ensuring that they are relevant and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a VERY minor dislike but it would be nice if they learner site and admin site where on the same URL and did not require you to jump back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business challenge was trying to upskill our sales reps and allow them to become product experts and start selling faster.

Start with a small pilot of internal users to test functionality
Customer Service & User Interface are Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
Anytime we have a question or request, then both our Customer Service Rep and MT Support have been on top of it. Answers are always provided promptly and thoroughly. We transferred from a different LMS, and the MindTickle platform allows for many more robust training options than its competitor. We love the Missions, and are thinking of new ways to use them every day. We have been very happy with our overall MindTickle experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the analytics were a little more customizable. There are a few fields that I would like to be able to pull into a custom report. The data is there and can be extracted, but then has to be combined externally instead of in the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem that we faced with our old LMS, was having the ability to implement interactive components into our trainings. We wanted our users to be able to click directly on the trainings themselves, instead of clicking on a demo outside the platform. With MindTickle, we were able to upload those interactive components directly to the platform, ensuring that our trainees were going through the motions thus providing further retention of the topics being taught.

If you are looking for a platform that provides multiple training options, amazing Customer Support and comprehensive analytics, then MindTickle is the platform for you.
Perfect Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in any browser and score keeping to keep track of progress. Its easy to get signed up to a new lesson (quest/series).
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing yet, everything works like I would expect no issues far as navigating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning different parts of the business and how they affect me as a user. I am also able to continue learning for internal applications and processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
keep working on the interface its really good but a few little updates would be nice.
Easy and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is an intuitive innovative system that is easy-to-use from a learning instruction perspective and engaging from the learners perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am relatively new to the system, so I don't have much that I don't like at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I am using MindTickle to create new employee onboarding courses. It has not yet launched, so no benefits have been realized, but I am excited to see the end result!
Great Sales Enablement tool!
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is easy to use, it allows you to quickly put together large scale programs, it accepts all kinds of files, it has good infrastructure in that courses load fast. I highly recommend MindTickle for learning professionals. Also, the support team is incredibly attentive to any of my needs, quickly responding to any problem I face. Additionally the technology behind the tool is always improving, which is very valuable for any user.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you create a course, the standard design offered by the tool is functional, however it could look better, specially the buttons, the score counting, the font choice, the shapes, the board, it looks like it was made for kids instead of adults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle allows me to bring scale to any program however simple the program is, without having to invest any extra money in the design and distribution of the content. It's easy to keep track of who completed the lessons, and it integrates with our business intelligence tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to acquire the tool and seek alignment with the service team, to invest in what the support team offers in terms of sessions and office hours, access to experts, and trainings that the tool has. It's a great company to partner with, and not simply treat them like a vendor, but a partner. I would say, it's an indispensable solution for today's business environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Mindtickle is that its user interface is great and helped me in learning Snowflake in a great way. Also get acquainted for snowflake certification

Would be nice to have more sample question for the Snowflake certification

What do you like best about the product?
The training is divided into modules and you can finish them at your own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just hope I can see more training programs, not just the ones assigned.
