What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle takes care of all our Sales Enablement needs right from LMS to Asset Hub, Call AI and reporting & analytics.

Super easy and convenient to implement and helps you set a high standard for continuous learning & onboarding.

Some features are still a work in progress

Advanced Learning Platform Ideal for Sales & Marketing Teams

What do you like best about the product?
User friednly platform, inetractive and gamified version is awesome like cherry on top. It is easy to use that you dont need to re-login or confirm credentials like evry day or after couple of hour.Best part is whenevr you encounter any issue , you recieve realtime customer help to resolve your issue within a few minues. As an admin we recieve content update/change requests frequesntly from our trainers and program leads so it is quite easy to replace and update content and implement changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search bar is not sensitive to exact course so it is user friedly for learner but a little effort is required for Admin role to complate back-end work. As an admin we try to work through multiple tabs to save our time (thanks that option is avialable) but sometimes it gets slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Readiness Index is a complex criteria to implement in a system and analyse results against learning efforts. This platform provide you transperent solution and exact area of improvement and even strong areas of the learner`s perfromance and correlation with our learning efforts.

Great tool to boost learning

What do you like best about the product?
With its adept integration of artistic skills in mind, we've found that using Mindtickle particularly enriches our sales strategy. The app module, being a game-changer, along with goods-focused learning modules forms substantial assets of the company. Clarity about our business progress is offered by the degree of completion feature as well as being supported by thorough assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program crashes when occasionally I'm engrossed in watching our product videos. If during evaluations the reliability was enhanced by the company, that's what I'd prefer as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-world sales insights and education combine in a symbiotic blend offered by Mindtickle. Refining our outreach strategies has been achieved instrumentally. An upswing in our promotional campaign successes is what I've seen as a result.

An Intuitive and Powerful Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful platform with an incredibly easy-to-navigate UI. I think navigation on any platform, especially when an entire company is learning it, is important for the administrator who is trying to teach the company that purchased it.

Once you land the basic navigation of the platform, the customization for your programs/lessons becomes nearly endless. It's been quite fun building out programs for our company, and I thank their support team for all the help getting there. Their onboarding/support team is just as great as the UI I'm such a big fan of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a problem or two with slow load times after clicking a simple "Back" button. I also had a problem copying/deleting a series that wouldn't delete for a while. I had to go to support about it, but they were very thorough in helping me conquer the problem. However, this is all just being picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have actively had problems solved by the Mindtickle support team if we came across any, such as a series staying active after being deleted or a lack of integration with other platforms. Super helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I receive emails when there is a training due.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process can be tedious at times and there are times there is no connection and I cannot log in.

Having access to all training necessary to do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is great, well structured and data can be pulled and worked with to give you the stats you need
What do you dislike about the product?
So, for this I will say that each LMS has things where it is/isnt strong. For me, some of the fiddly settings in MT are annoying, but once set, you are done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us get the learning to the sales teams globally...

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a robust platform with excellent content management. The ability to upload content and then use it anywhere in the platform is helpful for facilitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle can be slow to load at times resulting in having to open multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is helping us to solve our content management. We are able to upload content and then use that same content in a variety of different ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the sales and support team is ultra-responsive. Over the years, the MT product and innovation teams have also spent ample time understanding customer needs and ensuring this drives the product roadmap. I believe this has accelerated over the past three years with a much higher focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think they have a ways to go with a highly approachable interface. The two-level (Series and Course) hierarchy does not allow for a lot of aggregation and categorization within traditional learning path and program levels. This causes users to have to scroll down far too much to get to assigned learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great and needed platform for coaching and for managing learning assignments across a number of modes.
