What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly powerful. We are able to use it for training, coaching, call intelligence, assets management, and digital sales rooms. Having everything in one instance is incredibly powerful
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle has great potential and is a good tool as it stands. There is still an opportunity to improve the UI and continue to build functionality to ensure that each part of their solution is best in class.

Maximising my time with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate MindTickle's ability to facilitate our organisation's training and mentoring goals. The interactive material is comprehensive and allows us to effectively deliver a wide range of training programmes. These courses have been beneficial in advancing my sales career due to the logical progression from one module to the next - significantly reducing learning time! I also find that its communication features, such as direct commenting, help me to gain an even better understanding of all the topics presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many problems with Mindtickle. However, the need to watch full-length videos to complete the training can be time consuming and quite frustrating. Also, it would be beneficial if Mindtickle could remember my previous position within a playthrough so that I could easily pick up from my previous position without having to start from scratch each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from MindTickle's improved time management and cyber-education capabilities. It allows me to save valuable hours by quickly understanding what is most important to me and keeping abreast of the latest trends.
An excellent source of information and research
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Mindtickle is its intuitive interface. It's easy to search through a variety of topics and activities, and you get reminders if tasks aren't completed on time. The ability for managers to see what tasks their team members have left to do ensures accountability, while also providing an overview of everyone's progress. Finally, the percentage completion tracker attached to each activity makes it easy to pick up midway - it really helps you stay organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of organisation in the introduction section of Mindtickle. Many of the lessons I have already completed appear and some that are irrelevant to me take extra effort to reach or avoid altogether. It would be much more user friendly if there was an easier way for users like me to sort through the lessons that are relevant to them without having to click around multiple times.

As someone who strives to keep up with the ever-changing job market, Mindtickle helps me ensure that I am equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge by providing mobile applications that facilitate collaboration and practice.
Unlocking the potential of an incredible educational resource
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Mindtickle provides an easy to use platform. It gives me the ability and convenience to track my progress by providing side-scrolling titles of all the different modules I have gone through or need to go through; it makes e-learning a breeze! The user friendly interface makes learning exciting as it's more interactive than ever before - no matter what subject I'm studying, there's never a dull moment. As someone who's passionate about growth and development opportunities, having this amazing tool at my fingertips has allowed me to not only understand everything better, but also retain it for longer periods of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike of Mindtickle, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to work on automating the saving process so users can resume their training and education courses exactly where they left off. This way there won't be any gaps in learning or data loss – which is especially helpful when dealing with longer courses.

MindTickle helps me solve the problem of inadequate training, saves me time and allows me to work more efficiently. I'm able to quickly train a larger group of people without the need for additional resources or support staff.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Mindtickle the most is its convenience and ease of use. The software is designed to be used on a mobile device, so it is easily accessible wherever I am. In addition, the modules are straightforward with minimal background noise, so nothing distracts me as I work through each module or lesson plan. It even makes starting and stopping tasks more efficient as everything can be done on my phone - whether I am at home or at work! This accessibility allows me to learn quickly without missing out due to lack of time in one sitting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Mindtickle gives people high knowledge scores even after a quick review of the material. This suggests that they have not really read or understood it. It would be helpful if there was a way to ensure that people really engaged with and understood the content, rather than skimming for answers. In addition, mistakes when entering names can lead users to believe that courses do not exist or that they have not been properly enrolled.

As a salesperson, MindTickle helps me keep up to date with product knowledge and new releases. It provides easy access to data that helps me learn how to best position products and services to prospects, as well as providing insight into release schedules and other promotional information.
An exceptional educational resource
What do you like best about the product?
No matter what system I'm using, I love how Mindtickle allows me to stay connected and get my work done. Its interoperability allows me to access tasks like recording calls or watching presentations on any device - be it an iPad, Android phone, laptop or desktop computer - from anywhere in the world. Having a platform that works across all types of devices makes it much more convenient for me to complete training materials both during and after work hours - without ever having to leave home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Mindtickle's grading system confusing and arbitrary, as it can take a while for results to appear even though an answer has been submitted. It is also irritating to receive emails reminding me of courses previously taken. Furthermore, selecting a suitable course from a number of options while commuting or on the move is quite challenging.

Having access to the latest information on technology allows me to stay competitive and keep up with customer demand, while also allowing for cost savings. Mindtickle keeps my business ahead of the curve by providing reliable insights that help me make informed decisions in a timely manner.
An excellent tool for online learning
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like Mindtickle for its ability to help people learn and improve their problem solving skills. The interactive exercises, quizzes and assessments allow users to get hands-on experience with the topics they are studying. In addition, Mindtickle's short but effective quizzes help to quickly test the level of understanding of any new material. I also appreciate that the software alerts employees when there are upcoming tasks or materials they need to look at, so nothing is forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
We appreciate the quality of Mindtickle and the helpful customer service. However, we acknowledge that there are a few areas that could be improved - such as long waiting times when trying to use the programme, often cumbersome uploading processes for user-generated video content, and occasional glitches. Addressing these issues would make it an even better tool for our teams.

MindTickle helps me save time and energy by ensuring that all our staff have seamless access to the latest data wherever they are, whenever they need it. This enables new employees to get up to speed quickly, leaving me free to focus on more important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The granular data and performance analysis available with Mindtickle is something I absolutely love. The unique tagging system makes it easy to test competencies, track progress, uncover weaknesses or areas for improvement for each individual user so that we can deliver targeted learning materials tailored to their experience level. As someone whose job depends on quickly honing skills and efficiently optimising sales resources, this platform allows me to gain insight into exactly what knowledge needs refreshing without having to rely solely on averages across teams, which I find immensely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the honesty in MindTickle's offerings. However, I think there is room for improvement when it comes to their modules - more variety with different formats and tests would help make them even better! Although this probably depends on the resources available within our own organisation rather than MindTickle itself.

By using MindTickle, I'm able to easily keep up to date with the skills and knowledge required for my current role. It provides an efficient way to reflect on past training sessions so that what I've learned stays with me in a meaningful way.

It is not a problem with MindTickle itself, but the act of studying in the first place is a chore.

Even if the organization did not have sufficient enablement, it can train new employees as an e-learning mechanism.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager, I am constantly impressed by Mindtickle's adaptability and user-friendly interface. Its intuitive design makes it easy to integrate the Learning Management System (LMS) into my business without compromising any of the necessary features or functionality. In addition, their customer service is exemplary; they have been incredibly helpful in addressing all of our needs promptly and professionally. I'm confident that Mindtickle is the best platform for successful sales management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was initially frustrated by the amount of time it took me to understand how to create pages, series and modules in MindTickle. I also found it difficult to communicate with our support team as they are based in India, which is seven hours ahead of my local zone. However, we have been working on this issue together with their help to ensure better communication in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from MindTickle because it's a one-stop shop for everything I need to be successful in sales. By consolidating all of our enablement materials in one place, I no longer have to worry about tracking down scattered information or whether my training and resources are up to date.
