A great learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the productivity found in Mindtickle as I'm able to track my progress and receive badges for completing modules. The ability to compare my scores with those of my peers gives me a competitive edge, while the fact that my completed courses are properly labelled on the home screen gives me an at-a-glance overview. My favourite feature has got to be how quickly users can locate specific courses using both the search bar and folder-based organisation, coupled with the presence of due/overdue tabs informing us of what needs to be completed - giving us ample time management opportunities, thanks also to general estimates telling you just how long it will take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited features of MindTickle, which makes it difficult for many companies to take advantage of its capabilities. I am also dissatisfied with the approach and leadership of the Customer Success team. As an alternative platform that would better suit the needs of the business, a content management system can be integrated or built into any learning management system to avoid the expensive licensing costs associated with MindTickle.

Mindtickle solves the problem of keeping up to date with educational material and knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I find MindTickle's interface incredibly efficient and intuitive. In addition, the secure cloud storage ensures third parties cannot access or modify the information collected by unauthorised personnel. This gives me added confidence when sharing sensitive documents with colleagues around the world. Finally, we were most impressed by how easily Mindtickle integrates with existing platforms such as Salesforce and Slack, allowing users to automatically broadcast updates to multiple channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to navigate MindTickle for the courses that I must complete. It would be helpful if there was an easier way for me to see all my assigned tasks, manage critical deadlines, and access more collaborative features on the site. Also, the ability to receive email reminders of upcoming tasks would help me stay organised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of easily organising all my internal and external training resources. Mindtickle helps me to do this so that I can confidently prepare for any growth opportunities that come my way.
Excellent way to share info and get insight into follow up emails
What do you like best about the product?
This software makes it easy for me to package up follow-up information, videos, etc. that I want to share with a customer or prospect. It also gives me insight into whether they are looking at it and what content they engaged with most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit tricky to navigate when adding info from the library but after setting up a few rooms it is not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing that customers are looking at the content that I sent them helps me to better time my follow-ups as well as add the specific types of content that they engage with.
A great way to compile tailored media and keep it easy to find
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to see who views the page and the variety of metrics we have access to that help us determine which elements our prospects find most compelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they've done a good job balancing security against usability. However, I am still reluctant to include media that I truly would not want to be shared outside the target audience, even though there are a few different safeguards against that. This may be more due to paranoia on my side rather than a shortcoming of the product, but it is a consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By setting up Enable Us rooms, we are able to cut down on the volume of emails, texts, and other channels we used in the path to share details and media, which often resulted in prospects having difficulty returning to the things they wanted to review. It also has helped us identify which marketing materials are most compelling, when before we had to rely on scarce self-reporting from prospects.
Interactive and intuitive learning with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Mindtickle provides an incredibly user-friendly and interactive approach with media support such as videos, documents and more. It's a great way to manage sales training in a unified way that ultimately benefits both the product owner and the entire sales team. We've seen tremendous success with this platform over the past few months - our teams are now better equipped to present products or introduce new services and solutions quickly and systematically compared to before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Mindtickle does not save progress when interrupted. User experiences like this can lead to users needlessly redoing training that they have already completed, or losing their place in a lesson. To avoid losing valuable time due to unexpected interruptions, there should be some sort of auto-saving feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MindTickle, I can access the onboarding courses easily and quickly, allowing me to handle large amounts of information in manageable segments. By doing this, I can stay on top of all the information I need without feeling overwhelmed.
A useful and interesting learning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate MindTickle's quizzes for their effectiveness in retaining information. The data included in the quizzes is straightforward and immediately applicable, which is very helpful when settling into a new role or progressing within an organisation. As I move forward with my career goals, MindTickle will become increasingly useful in providing me with accurate facts that will better equip me for any given task. Having this resource available has been extremely beneficial to all of us working together here; without it, our understanding wouldn't reach its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about using MindTickle is its addictive nature, which makes it difficult to practice proper and appropriate time management. I also wish there was a way to speed up the whole video rather than just the parts that interest me; it would be much more helpful if there was an easy way to absorb information quickly when I am pressed for time.

With Mindtickle, I can easily access information about my product faster and with greater understanding. This platform makes difficult concepts more digestible, so I'm better equipped to apply what I've learned in the real world.
High quality training with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Mindtickle is able to provide a highly customisable learning management system that allows for the development of unique and engaging technical training content. In addition, its instant access services make it easy for non-experts to use. Our organisation has implemented this programme with great success due to its ability to automate learning paths, streamline onboarding processes and quickly ramp up teams - making it invaluable to our sales enablement programmes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if, instead of requiring users to click a "Submit" link after completing a survey selection in Mindtickle, they could move directly forward once their answer is selected. This suggestion comes with no expectations - just something I think could help improve the overall user experience and satisfaction!

MindTickle solves the problem of delayed completion of employee onboarding. By reducing my training time, I've been able to have conversations with customers and gain their trust in a much shorter time than traditional methods would have allowed.
Experience excellence in Mindtickle's educational environment
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and helpful features that Mindtickle offers. The search function is easy to navigate and sends reminders when needed to ensure that nothing important in training or onboarding activities falls through the cracks. I also like being able to see my overall progress as a percentage - a great feature! Being able to pick up from where I left off when training was interrupted saves both me and management time and effort in mastering new skills. When combined with HighSpot, Chorus AI provides the ultimate convenience for any cloud-based artificial intelligence platform. Sending email notifications about completed/upcoming sessions makes working with this programme even more rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that MindTickle offers a wide range of training, some of which may not be applicable to my job. I have also noticed problems with the response-based learning tools, with delays in loading and reaction times. It would be easier if these materials could be downloaded or shared directly from the presentations for future reference in relation to my daily tasks.

Easily increase workplace training with MindTickle
What do you like best about the product?
I love MindTickle for its user friendly and straightforward interface. I appreciate that all the information from my training is accurately stored so that I can receive credit when I complete it. The little rewards of affirmations at the end of each course show appreciation, even if they don't have any value or purpose outside of this environment; it's a pleasant surprise after working hard through the courses! A great feature of MindTickle is the ability to track how much work has been completed and what needs more attention - it can be frustrating not knowing when training sessions will end, so having an updated list helps to keep motivation up throughout the sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Mindtickle changed so that the incomplete training and education programme is set as the default. This would make it more enjoyable and easier for users like me, as we would not be forced to start from scratch when we return after a break. In addition, if possible, I think automatic saving should also be implemented; this could prove beneficial in keeping track of progress across sessions without having to worry about losing input due to disconnected sessions or other arbitrary technical problems.

I'm benefiting from Mindtickle's solution to our team development needs. By creating a single place for learning and knowledge sharing, I can stay on top of key sales strategies, quickly tailor conversations to specific customer interests, and update my product knowledge quickly in response to changes. This improves the results we deliver as a team
Amazing tool to drive the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great analytics to know when a room has been viewed. There are some great features like recording a welcome video and having milestones in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any - one thing to make the enable room even better would be the ability to include a proposal dynamically as well very muck like Qwilr - that would be very useful.

Being able to share company data relevant to the prospect in an easy and automated way - with the added insight of when the prospects have viewed, what a nd for how long.
