Useful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is an intuitive and handy platform for creating commercial training, tracking results and generating insights from sales pitches. It helps a lot to onboard new members and be a single link to seek training
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system could be improved and managing people from different countries in the same training can be complex due to different time zones. I believe that the settings could be copied/replicated from one training to another to gain agility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of who participates in training, the ability to evaluate commercial pitches through the "missions" that the system makes available and the generation of commercial knowledge, in general.
Best LMS tool I have used thus far
What do you like best about the product?
Love how MindTickle is consistently improving their product. I have used the tool at multiple different companies for a few years now, and always have great support from the CSM team and platform support. The out of the box templates for modules and series is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have GREAT support articles online, however, I do wish they would have a little more detail or go into more advanced support content for different customer scenarios. Some of their help articles are out of date and need attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding sales reps, tracking analytics for completion, "Readiness Index" to identify how capable and ready the field is to do their job.
I also appreciate how there is an option to tie in business metrics to the readiness index. That's something we have yet to set up at our organization, but are really looking forward to getting it going!

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to quickly and efficiently share information with numerous prospective clients and current accounts in an organized manner. I especially like that I receive metrics on who is visiting the room, what areas they are attracted to, and how often. A great tool that can help quickly spread your message throughout an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am waiting for it to find a contact, I can't navigate off the window because it will cancel the search. Some navigation is difficult, like adding a new contact to a room. It would be nice to be able to store some introductory videoes to plug in rather than re-recording each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach more prospective clients with an organized library of information. The chat function allows them to communicate with me directly without having to navigate to their email account. I can track when they access the room and what materials they are attracted to.
Enable.us is a great tool to get deals in your pipeline over the finish line.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to consolidate PPT's, documents, videos, training and all additional information in a consolidated place while also locking down who can access it. We also love how you can see who accesses what pieces of content and for how long. Also, the support team from enable.us has been very helpful and responsive whenever we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been happy with the tool so there are no dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps get opportunities over the finish line by allowing us to provide our internal champions with all documentation and information they need to get in front of the decision-makers. Also, it's a great way to send large PowerPoint presentations to POS's without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. There wasn't much training needed as everything was fairly simple for creators as well as customers who received links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there was any part that I disliked. The only criticism I would add is maybe for Enable us to integrate with more things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having to send separate emails to send out more information. It makes it super simple to add pertinent information to one single place so that nothing gets lost or overlooked and can be viewed and shared easily.
Great sales tool to share info with prospective customers, love the transparency of prospects views.

I love the stats revealing the views of the prospect, including the time limit spent. Very insightful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Small little quirks during the editing of the room that I am confident they will work out over time. Doesn't affect the sales process in any way. Would love to have a "Save" button for the room before going to "Publish". Save some steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with the customer on what steps are next in the process. Excited to see how the implementation process can be improved through utilizing the room for sharing docs and showing next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and comprehensive platform that Mindtickle provides is Amazing. It has various tools like Call AI, Asset Hub which makes it direct competitor to other Conversational Intelligence tools and Content Management tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle as a tool is very comprehensive which sometimes falls to the downside when I compare the readiness. There is little more lag when I compare it with LMS tools or Sales readiness tools which just performs the readiness needs

Mindtickle is a very useful tool for Sales readiness. Every Sales organizations who are struggling with ramping up their Sales reps or have a long onboarding process should use Mindtickle to mitigate their problems
Mindtickle: A remarkable interaction
What do you like best about the product?
I like to track my progress and earn badges as I advance through the lessons. This aspect of seeing how one's score compares to that of one's classmates is enticing. Moreover, I appreciate that the courses I've recently completed are prominently displayed at the top of my screen "completed" as well as the time and date. The classes are searchable and nicely organized into categories, which saves me a lot of time. The due/overdue tab is also helpful in notifying individuals about approaching deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to think of any adverse repercussions associated with Mind Tickle. You can perform various functional tasks on this platform, such as customizing it to meet your needs. If there were one thing I could alter about the forum, it would be the length of the introduction; I could constantly utilize it more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After hearing the use cases and participating in role-playing sessions with the customer, I could engage effectively with them to acquire additional workloads. MindTickle's courses have taught me how to ask more essential questions of the client, resulting in increased sales for my company.

What I like best about MindTickle is that it consolidates all of your data into a single dashboard. Not only can it display a vast array of information, but it also offers a great deal of interaction. I like that it can be used for testing and that you can compare your results to those of your colleagues and other users of the same platform—this motivates you to learn and apply the information more effectively. It's also remarkable that some of the world's most prominent organizations use it as a tool for knowledge exchange and employee training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to use MindTickle for all our training materials and tests, but we've recently shifted from using them for all resources and now only use them for quizzes. I dislike how Mindtickle chapters are placed out horizontally as opposed to vertically because it becomes confusing. Additionally, you may not realize that your session has ended until you click the "x" button and occasionally everything seems like it's happening simultaneously.

Mindtickle is a program that helps managers create training pathways and communicate with their employees. It allows managers to quickly see which employee needs what type of training and makes it easy for them to keep track of communications within the company. This way, everyone is always on the same page and knows what expectations are.
