Great sales tool to share info with prospective customers, love the transparency of prospects views.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the stats revealing the views of the prospect, including the time limit spent. Very insightful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Small little quirks during the editing of the room that I am confident they will work out over time. Doesn't affect the sales process in any way. Would love to have a "Save" button for the room before going to "Publish". Save some steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with the customer on what steps are next in the process. Excited to see how the implementation process can be improved through utilizing the room for sharing docs and showing next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and comprehensive platform that Mindtickle provides is Amazing. It has various tools like Call AI, Asset Hub which makes it direct competitor to other Conversational Intelligence tools and Content Management tools

Mindtickle as a tool is very comprehensive which sometimes falls to the downside when I compare the readiness. There is little more lag when I compare it with LMS tools or Sales readiness tools which just performs the readiness needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is a very useful tool for Sales readiness. Every Sales organizations who are struggling with ramping up their Sales reps or have a long onboarding process should use Mindtickle to mitigate their problems

What do you like best about the product?
I like to track my progress and earn badges as I advance through the lessons. This aspect of seeing how one's score compares to that of one's classmates is enticing. Moreover, I appreciate that the courses I've recently completed are prominently displayed at the top of my screen "completed" as well as the time and date. The classes are searchable and nicely organized into categories, which saves me a lot of time. The due/overdue tab is also helpful in notifying individuals about approaching deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to think of any adverse repercussions associated with Mind Tickle. You can perform various functional tasks on this platform, such as customizing it to meet your needs. If there were one thing I could alter about the forum, it would be the length of the introduction; I could constantly utilize it more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After hearing the use cases and participating in role-playing sessions with the customer, I could engage effectively with them to acquire additional workloads. MindTickle's courses have taught me how to ask more essential questions of the client, resulting in increased sales for my company.

What I like best about MindTickle is that it consolidates all of your data into a single dashboard. Not only can it display a vast array of information, but it also offers a great deal of interaction. I like that it can be used for testing and that you can compare your results to those of your colleagues and other users of the same platform—this motivates you to learn and apply the information more effectively. It's also remarkable that some of the world's most prominent organizations use it as a tool for knowledge exchange and employee training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to use MindTickle for all our training materials and tests, but we've recently shifted from using them for all resources and now only use them for quizzes. I dislike how Mindtickle chapters are placed out horizontally as opposed to vertically because it becomes confusing. Additionally, you may not realize that your session has ended until you click the "x" button and occasionally everything seems like it's happening simultaneously.

Mindtickle is a program that helps managers create training pathways and communicate with their employees. It allows managers to quickly see which employee needs what type of training and makes it easy for them to keep track of communications within the company. This way, everyone is always on the same page and knows what expectations are.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Mindtickle is its adaptability, which makes it ideal for developing engaging and valuable technical training materials. It's also revolutionary that you can access services anytime you need them. Whether the person providing the content is an expert or a rookie content creator, this program is so simple that anyone in our departments can utilize it successfully. Automating learning paths has made this technology widely implemented due to its successful outcomes. Sales enablement becomes much more accessible by streamlining training, accelerating onboarding, and reducing ramp time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of efficiency, it would be better if Mindtickle allowed users to drop incomplete training and return to it only when they can devote their full attention. This way, users wouldn't waste time exiting and reentering the program to pick up where they left off.

MindTickle is extremely helpful to me in two ways. First, it allows me to devote my full attention to the most critical tasks. Second, it makes it simple to access only the training materials I need, which is especially useful given the many services and products my company offers.

What do you like best about the product?
With this interface, there was no learning curve. Mindtickle's compatibility with various file types makes it simple to use "Articulate Rise," for example. These types of skill and knowledge checks are excellent for keeping colleagues engaged. Our learners have given us positive feedback. Mindtickle is now used throughout our asynchronous boot camp.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful, for example, to copy and paste a topic from one module of a course into another. This is only possible within a module. For example, each slide must include an audio or video recording when submitting a VOSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Mindtickle to develop a comprehensive product training and certification program. Mindtickle also has some of the best customer services I've ever encountered. Nothing remained unaddressed or unresolved; all questions and issues were answered or resolved immediately.

I like the ease of use and the responsiveness of the staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics is a bit challenging. They are also a bit more sales focused than my organization will probably need. I also struggle with adding learners to an ILT.

Mind Ticke is serving as the LMS for my organization. Allowing us to house learning content in one location with access across the org.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Mindtickle is the best because it's always accessible and involved. No matter where I am or what I'm doing, I can quickly get engaged with understanding if there's something new to learn on Mindtickle. Mindtickler is also designed to make learning fun instead of feeling like a chore, which helps me stay motivated to keep using Mindtickler!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the multiple-choice format of the exam questions. If you screw up, you can't continue with the rest of the questions. There should be a way to save your answers and submit them at the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The MindTickle program benefits our company because it helps us overcome many internal problems and challenges. This software allows for a quicker understanding of job requirements, making our employees more efficient in the workplace.
It's good and easy to use, and there are a lot of assignments to help you learn more.

I can access the courses I need and receive an exam and deadline reminders that I might have forgotten. I may also refer back to previously learned material as a resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Mindtickle. I've never had an issue with the network, nor is it difficult to use or log in. The manager also assists in following an evaluation.

Mindtickle helps me learn new material since it makes information available to all users. It begins to move the industry standards out of my mind and into a knowledge repository that the entire business can use and share.

What I like best about MindTickle is its straightforward design. Some interfaces are so complicated that it takes a lot of work for a user to locate the desired information. When you complete a section of MindTackle, you are met with positive affirmations, which is a beautiful touch. Despite the insignificance of the points, it's entertaining to see my total increase as I continue through the course. I appreciate how straightforward it is to track how far you've come and how far you still have to go. The most aggravating component is not knowing when one's training will conclude. When I have finished MindTickle training, my progress will be logged, and I will receive credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Mindtickle is that the default training and education program needs to be completed. It would be beneficial to have your work automatically saved and start up exactly where you left off the last time you signed in, saving time and effort.

We're having trouble with our Mindtickle account. We're trying to use it as a learning management system (LMS) to provide training for remote reps, either as a preliminary to a live session, as a follow-up to a live session, or as a replacement for a live session if the learner can swiftly comprehend the material.
