I got to learn the basic things before going to field from mindtickle.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful things are the stored ppt and videos that also helps in ongoing meetings. Also got to learn the basic product knowledge and overall sales skills and pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime few videos are less engaging which makes me bore and i leave that course in the middle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a new employee its very difficult to learn everything earlier in few days but mindtickle helps to get ready to go and start your working as early as possible.

Very easy to use. Can do at you r own pace. Always available

It all seemed helpful to me. A couple of times we couldnt just click in the video and it would present an error. Releaoding the frame allowed us to move on

Training platform very easy to use, user friendly.

Nobody likes doing training videos. Trainings in-person are always much easier to retain, but the platform is easy to use and keeps you engaged.
