Efficiency for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Enable.us has been a help in selling to potential prospects. It allowed me to share content more easily than it is via email, by the ease of use in creating and sharing content through their digital sales rooms. The unexpected benefit was the ability to find consolidated information, whether it for a particular deal or for a particular set of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enable.us has always been open-minded to expanding their product. Being an early adopter, anything that was a downside to the product, they adjusted in order to make more friendly to our sales and marketing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and sending groups of content is easily the biggest benefit that Enable.us is providing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Mindtickle to be a very useful tool. The design is straightforward yet highly functional and I appreciate the focus on educational resources. Being able to purchase certificates for future reference also appeals to me. If you are confident in the veracity of the video or audio recording, you may submit it as evidence which is great. You can also delete or skip previously recorded ones if desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle occasionally experiences issues with its dashboard and other features. Even if a course has not been completed, a "not completed" status may be displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mindtickle is an eLearning platform that helps users by providing clear instructions and organizational tools. The modules are well organized and clearly labelled, making it easy to find what you need. Additionally, the forums allow users to post questions or view supplemental materials. This makes Mindtickle a great choice for those who want an easy-to-use learning platform that is also comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle does not always direct users' attention to the next course, which can cause confusion and make it difficult to access earlier courses. Some users have found that Mindtickle frequently directs them to courses they have already completed, rather than new or recommended content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capability to review previously completed training and participate in quarterly training on topics outside of my normal responsibilities. In addition, MindTickle ensures that I never deviate from my intended path by highlighting only the actions that are directly pertinent to me.
A great space to share all your files with colleagues & customers in a fun, interactive shared room!

I like that my customers love using this tool. It's different, it stands out and it's great for shared to-do lists and holding people accountable

It is a shame that not all file types are supported, sometimes I have to share files with my customers on other platforms to get around this.

It is saving the problem of sending too much information in emails, and it allows my customers to find the files, information, to-do lists really easily in 1 place, as opposed to filtering through lots of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
We can get up to speed significantly faster when we use Mindtickle to learn about a company's products, processes, and policies. The app's interface is attractive and intuitive. Each lesson is brief and visually engaging to make learning as easy as possible. It is a convenient tool for monitoring our assignments and progress. The assessment of knowledge after each conceptual video is a tremendously innovative effort.

MindTickle also allows me to access a wealth of knowledge and resources I can share with my clients. MindTickle helps me to provide them with the best possible service and support.

Specifically, I find the navigation challenging and the presentation viewing options lacking. For example, I would prefer a more intuitive way to navigate between sections and better control how presentations are displayed. Additionally, it would be helpful if MindTickle had more built-in features for creating richer content.

It allows me to understand the customer's perspective and analyze their needs. It also serves as a reminder for me to consider my customers' business perspectives. Mindtickle allows me to maintain my focus on my customers.
Smart and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge updation is quite good with the help of this app and when a new task is to be completed it show a notification on the notification bar, that's when I remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we complete a task on mindtickle it doesn't show completed rather it shows that the task is unfinished sometimes it happens in the application according to my experience

When I have some kind of difficulty in learning my brands and I want a revision of my previously done tasks the app allows me to go through that task and have a revision
