Great Experience for training
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the functionality of the mobile app. The series make it easy to see what you have learned so far and what you have left to complete. The quiz functionality is very straightforward and easy to use. Overall it is a very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike so far in my experience. Everything has worked properly

I have gained new skills. I completed my sales academy onboarding on Mindtickle and have found many other trainings to do on my own time to gain new skills and knowledge
Mindtickle is an awesome tool for training. Easy to use, nice interface keeps things organized well

I like that you receive points for completing course work and it makes it feel like a game almost.

Not too much right now, it's been effective when I use it!

Company specific training about my industry and company offerings. Just continuously learning more.

Not much honestly, it's an effective tool thta's easy to use, and looks cool!
Great solution! One suggestion I would make is creating a filter to view what is due earliest.

Sales training
I believe the platform, when used right is seamless and amazing. Implementation wise, not always.
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform compatibility. A lot of the content my organization assigns is not very visual, sometimes a call recording or a very static presentation. I enjoy consuming this type of content on other devices, my iPad, and my android phone, all work seamlessly. Thanks to this, I am more likely to complete training during off-hours since I don't have to be in front of my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization has implemented missions where all Mindtickle is used for is to track completion of a 'url link visit' I often wonder if there's something that was missed in the enablement/implementation portion of the solution that led to forcing the platform to do something in a way it's not designed to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enablement, soft skills and hard skills and everything in between including technical. Missions with Labs which require submissions. Submissions which are reviewed by many parties. Acting as a repository of all enablement material to help organize everything required (and optional) under one roof.
User friendly and effective.

The user interface is intuitive and makes for any level of experience on the platform.

Sometimes the layout of the page can be messed up with the browser I use.

Great for managing course material. I love having the ability to flip between the required courses as well as the whole library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a progress based scoring component for videos. That in itself is a great feature, however if for some reason your pages refreshed or you navigate away, there's no clear way to start where you left off. Some kind of indicator in the video progress bar would be beneficial.
