Best knowledge enhancing tool

What do you like best about the product?
it becomes an everyday sales assistant as its API is quite user-friendly and it can be integrated with several internal applications. mind tickle is a smart sales enablement tool. if used wisely and effectively, it gives you the right performance metric for your sales team. it helps you to calibrate merit quantitatively and link sales performances to actual knowledge of the sales team. the software is very user-friendly, it helps you to grow as an employee within your organization, it has the right courses if you know how to find it. since I started to use this tool, it has always shown me something new in regards to how to perform my job in a simpl- based training and my job in a simply based training and my numbers can give the proof to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge scores increase rapidly even after anyone just scrolls through the reading materials. there should be an intelligent way to make people go through the material rather than just scroll through and score. In some scenarios, if you don't enter the name as it is supposed to be, the course will not show up, and it will make you think that you don't have it enrolled or it doesn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me in keeping myself updated with the various products- related changes. the ideas that I got from mind tickle help with the onboarding process. due to remote work, I have the opportunity to relearn products and love following the content uploaded. It forces me to complete the course in a very good engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
highly recommended for the people who need to improve their skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of content. Would be helpf
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatically puts series folders in alphabetical order, would be better if we could specify order of folders - may not always want them in alphabetical order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding, ongoing - if employees miss key meetings or trainings we can assign in MT to track attendance.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall platform experience is simple to learn and intuitive for sales reps to find what they need. Our contact at enable.us is always helpful and supportive. They are also continually improving the product and have introduced enhancements I didn't know I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning could be improved, but it's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of ensuring sales has the latest version of our marketing collateral. We keep our demo recordings, training videos, persona documents, competitive battlecards, talk tracks, brochures, and one pagers in enable.us. The ability to search by tags and description has greatly improved the searchability in the system. I also show sales how easy it is to use the filter to really hone in on what they are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Enable gives me good visibility into what content our sales team and prospects like and respond to. It makes us look professional, and our sales team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Enable is still working out the kinks and use cases for all applications of their product. Some of the insights and room designs need work, but they're open to feedback and make product updates frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're providing a more streamlined experience for our prospects and gaining good insights into how people engage with our content. It also provides visibility in our sales teams' performance and activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The conceptual details in the form of slides were descriptive, and with the assessments, it was used to describe with diagrams and cartoons, which helped to learn all the topics clearly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such since it was helpful to me and I got all the knowledge regarding my company products, it was only the thing that the app was taking some long time to open up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had lots of issues with my company related products, and i didn't know much with the help of this app, i got most of my concepts cleared about my company products
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only with the app loading time, if it'll be a little minimized

What do you like best about the product?
Its fundamental nature of Video transmission and sales profile training for the user is easy to use and access.

Admin access does not have user data transmission access.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, even for big teams, there are a lot of integrated new features like entertainment, coaching, content, AI analysis that comes very handy in this tool.
Also the integration with AI like MS Copilot and the use for a complete sales cycle is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times often are pretty slow, specially when working with heavy content or big modules; sometimes also there are some minor bugs that slow down the user experience; reports should be more customizable and the tool could integrate day to day apps like Google Drive that can make workflows easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new commercial certifications for the company I work for.
This tool is very easy to deal with, very easy to understand and how to use it too.
By getting new commercial certifications I am rising the partnel level required for the company

What do you like best about the product?
I think MindTickle's usage for accelerating the ramp time and improving the sales performance makes it outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to what I have learnt contact customer services must be improved in order to create a better interaction with the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to provide the product information to the customers easily without any kind of disturbances.

What do you like best about the product?
If I talk about the organization for which I am working for me it is easy to take training of any particular topic at any particular time.

I believe the pdf part needs improvement.
