I enjoy Mindtickle content that has been created. It is always professionally done & high quality.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the content released here & the way it aligns with Salespro modules--usually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the additional silo from other HPE collateral. Sometimes Mindtickle content through HPE can be challenging to find when you go searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to complete required training modules, better understand in-house collateral, rewind and rewatch as many times as needed, and take simplified notes. It's great to be able to slow things down to your learning speed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform for company use. I wish there was an a better way to access all HPEs mindtickle videos internally, but if there is I am not aware.

What do you like best about the product?
The gamification in Mindtickle. The way once can track score with peers

None. I had faced some course content issues but that is not Mindtickle's issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to remote work, keeping abreast with the process changes and quickly getting up to speed with new product information.
I also use Mindtickle as a reference point for few process-related queries.

The fact of having all the information related to products, processes, etc., in the same place, for quick and updated access

The search for documents is not easy; it would make things easier if the search filter worked a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that the app solves is having everything on the same platform. It saves me time and facilitates my training.

Most of the training seems relevant and is a far cry from the normal tedious work training.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to navigate. It is nice to switch between different learning styles, with support for videos, tipsheets, tutorials, and quizzes.
I enjoy how well it tracks and displays progress for each module. The tracking makes it easy to progress through multiple training if you need to switch priorities/focus.

There is nothing that I can think of that is a dislike.

For our organization, it creates a hub for training and understanding changes across the organization. It specifically helps our team grow our knowledge with regards to sales readiness, understanding client personas and product updates.

Mindtickle has allowed to build a consolidated training platform for our sales teams.
This has resulted in a successful Sales Training practice which has contributed to a marked increase in the level of skills of our sellers

Really useful platform for internal training courses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can easily convert my zoom presentation recordings into training courses.
It has a good search functionality. I have been able to find more info searching on mindtickle than the company wiki.

What do you dislike about the product?
The playback speed can only be increased up to 1.5x. I usually can skim through topics I have a good idea already by setting playback speed to 2x in youtube. But the max speed in mindtickle seems only to be 1.5x.

Knowledge sharing has become easy. Any brown bag sessions I present related to my work get converted to a mindtickle training course. People generally tend to complete training courses as opposed to viewing a presentation recording. I can also make use of the sessions that other teams give to improve cross-functional knowledge.

The team at Referencable has clearly devoted time to product development. They have gotten into the minds of sales and marketing professionals to deliver an easy-to-use product that accelerates the buying process for all parties. They do this and provide rich insights to drive improvement.

It's still a young product so there are a few areas that still need to be flushed out, specifically around content organization and tagging.

We were unable to track the effectiveness of our marketing collateral. We needed a streamlined process of handling references. We needed to accelerate sales velocity for our transactional business lines.
