Great platform to organize your training and enablement courses + call recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The call recording feature. The transcriptions are incredibly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI can be a bit much on the eyes at times. it's a minor detail though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Mindtickle to go through sales enablement training and to record and review our calls

Great platform for sales enablement. You get to design and teach courses/modules and also review customer calls/transcripts all on the same platform.
Use MindTickle for multiple trainings thus far, and it's always a great educational experience!

In the past, my work has not been saved and I have had to restart the training.

It's helping me educate myself on various technical topics.

Super easy platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is elegant. Navigation in the dashboard is not complicated. The content is simply accesible from the main page.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a user is assigned multiple learning assignments - the left-hand column menu becomes too long to scroll down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I attended assigned training, and the main benefit for me was the app on the IOS platform. Being able to go through training on a tablet was a big plus.
Great tool, good content
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Mindtickle, you can speed up the playback to faster than real-time. Sometimes there is a slow speaker, and you want to speed it up to 1.25 or 1.5x. I also like the ability for files to be uploaded and for a transcript to play alongside the video, because sometimes it's either hard to understand the speaker or sometimes you just want to read what is also being said to retain it better.
I really like the platform, I think it's an excellent tool for businesses to use, and it could be more useful if my organization put some better training in it as sometimes the material is not pertinent.
Overall I am glad we use this tool.

I don't dislike much about the tool itself. I do, however, wish that my company better used it with more useful training and better materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle is a great way to get quick updates into what my organization is doing - whether it is around new products or quick sales updates. It helps keep me engaged when I work remotely from everyone else.

Sometimes I am not sure if my progress will be saved or not if I leave the window or my internet times out

I love how interactive it is, and how it has many forms of learning .

You can get lost some times in it drop down menu when looking for a lesson

My Experience with Mind Tickle Training
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Mindtickle is that it is easy to navigate and interactive. Mindtickle walks you step by step through the training and will make sure that you have not missed any part of the training. It provides you with immediate results and has up-to-date tracking of your progress. The program is set up to make learning easy and fun, instead of sitting through boring lectures all day long. Mindtickle is set up to be interactive as though you are playing a game.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that I would like to see more than multiple-choice questions for the quiz section of the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has made it easy to learn how to navigate through the companies software and I am able to go back and review any mind tickles as needed. It has increased my performance and overall made it easier to complete my daily task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mindtickle is an excellent way to train new employees and allows managers to continue helping when they are needed ongoing business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using MindTickle. I find the interface easy to use and it allows me to digest the content needed effectively.

I dislike how sometimes it's confusing which window to click on when you've completed a section to continue (like for the Valorem training)

It has allowed me to train the field on the competitive and market landscape. The benefits realized are that it allows us to do this at scale, in a streamlined way.
Easy-to-Use Tool and Responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The team has been very responsive to our needs, quickly upating the UX, functionality, and other aspects of the software. The ability to create deal rooms for prospects provides us with more insight on engagement (e.g. content viewed, how often, how long, etc.) vs sending an email.
We've been able to more easily capture video testimonials from customers as well.

The team is making a lot of UI changes, so it's about staying on top of the changes and training users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a central place to share collateral with our sales team and prospects, as well as capture customer stories. We are now exploring other use cases for training, customer service, and more. This is becoming the single source of truth for all documentation within our company.
We will also get better insights into content, helping us to identify gaps or expand according to views, searches, and shares.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any system, make sure to you have an audit of your content and understand the categories and tags you're seeking to us. The upfront work will save you time in the long run. Since this is change management, make sure to set up training and communication timeline for your internal teams. They have to undersatnd the benefits and how this simplifies/benefits them beyond their existing processes.

Many sales enablement tools I've used take time away from my day and are not that effective at helping me move more leads through the funnel. What I like best about Referenceable is that it focuses on what I need most, helping me close more deals in the least amount of time possible.
Referenceable's platform focuses on the buyer, allowing me to create interactive sales pages for my buyers. Buyers can share these pages internally and interact with my content and collaborate with me. The entire experience is customized to my brand, making it a true extension of my sales process.

The only thing I wanted initially was a way to add multiple leads to the same salesroom. They added this recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem I'm solving as an AE is to find the right content quickly and package it up in a way that maximizes engagement by buyers. Referenceable does this exceptionally well. Their library lets me find content instantly and allows me creates the best-looking virtual salesrooms on the market. Many times my buyers are so impressed, they ask me where they can get Referenceable for their organization. Increased efficiency and effectiveness are helping me engage more buyers and close them more quickly.
