Convenient and informative - great tool for this new way of working!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, easy to understand how to use it without any need of assistance from support. I also like the layout of the sessions and how they flow. Makes learning and training a lot easier. The questions at the end of the sessions are a great way to test our understanding and knowledge of the product discussed in the session. As said in my title of my review, this tool is fantastic for working from home and sales training!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there could be a way to enter chapters/sections to the videos we include in the training so we can refer back to them and/or skip irrelevant sections. Other from that, I find this to be a very handy tool for my Quarterly Based Training! If this training was to become monthly I know it wouldn't be a strain as the tool is very easy to use and doesn't take too much time out of my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realised that I learn a lot quicker with this tool as I am absorbing the data by different ways of learning; visually, via audio, and by the tests at the end, which I have to have a high score to be able to pass. I now know a lot more about the solutions and its really benefitted me in my role and potentially my future roles within the company.

Clear quarterly mandatory modules to keep pace in a fast moving technology environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules have too much overlapping content.

New features in our solutions every 6 months require constant education/training. Mindtickle presents update/delta training every quarter for all modules.

Appreciate the micro learning experience, site is interactive and learning is gamified. The best part that is that it's self service which allows it to be scalable.

Another site to have to remember password for (unless SSO is enabled).

Breaking down and helping with managing the amount of learning into logical blocks and modules
The software is very user friendly and teaches on a level everyone can understand.

The search engine is really user friendly when searching for topics.

It does not work well from a hotspot on a cell phone. It buffers a lot during classes.

I am doing training for next year 2021 compensation changes with personal and business policies.

If you have employees that like to train at home or at the office on their own. It is a great program.

Structure of courses (videos, quiz questions, attachments) are well-organized.

Sometimes challenging to determine which courses are assigned/required in the UI.
