Interactive, Concise and Fun way to present and train on new collateral
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to track your progress throughout the various trainings and that the information is presented in a creative and simple way. I love that it is suepr interactive so I cant simply click through without paying attention and learning the conent. Its a fun way to compete with my co-workers as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major - I do think that I tend to accidentally miss some of the 'next' or 'continue' buttons, so making those required or highlighted on the page would be helpful and beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
internal training looks different at every company and can be really hard to standardize across the board. MindTickle provides a great platform for knowledge retention and sales enablement training while making it fun and simple to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
The messages are apt and the content is very beautifully presented. Also, the speed and the quality of the video can be changed based on the available bandwidth. The App is also beautifully done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much! Everything is fine and as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated 'on-the-go' about our solutions is critical for my business. I'm able to achieve that with minimum time that I can spend on MindTickle learning about the solutions.
Easy to use and contains helpful info/resources
What do you like best about the product?
Contains lots of helpful info and courses with educational materials that are useful for getting acquainted with the day to day of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Materials can be a bit disorganized simply due to the volume of materials in the platform, and therefore it can be difficult to find some info/resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing training courses and learning about processes and product-related info in a typically quick course, that I can refer back to when needed.

I like the ease of quizzes or knowledge assessments, which are used predominantly for LinkedIn training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure sometimes is not intuitive when chapters are horizontal instead of vertical. Also, sometimes it takes a while to understand if a session has been completed until you "x" out. Seems like a lot is going on at times. We used to have all training content + knowledge assessments on MindTickle. However, recently we switched to remove training content from MindTickle, and instead house those on Sharepoint. MindTickle is still used for the quiz portion.

We do our training quizzes there for LinkedIn
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not too familiar with the competition and what alternatives there are, so I'm not the best one to recommend. However, it works. Is it amazing? Not really.
All one platform like Cipla university and very easy accessibility and video representation is good

Sometimes lagging and always new updates every time when u login asking for updated

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is very easy to use and navigate to learnings. Many other platforms are clunky or slow but this feels well built.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I haven't run in to any issues and have been able to get it to load on several browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is a great way to learn about the latest offerings from my company and find new tools to increase sales. I like the faster playback speed options for video which allow me to finish trainings in record time while still absorbing information.
Easy to digest & follow, helpful for on demand learning
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge checks, ability to stop the course and return down the line. The videos and testimonials from folks internally. These resonate with me more than reading, sometimes when I have to read a long segment without a video I feel myself losing engagement. I also appreciate how there are resources that are embedded within the courses that we can save for later and revisit. Oftentimes it's hard to learn new tactics or policies without putting them into practice first, so it's helpful that MindTickle allows us to take away something that we can leverage once the topics become relevant to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see what is all assigned to me and keep track of due dates etc. I feel like I get a lot of emails from MindTickle about courses that I need to complete but then find it difficult to actually identify where all of those courses live on the platform. It would also be interesting if there was some sort of collaboration or accountability on the platform. Once again, I get all these emails but then sometimes wonder if I actually completed the course I was supposed to or not -- in part due to my confusion with the organization but also because there's a lack of follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning sales, learning company culture, etc. Learned new policies and keeping track of change at LinkedIn, for example if we have a new model for how to sell or need to learn about a product feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that the folks assigning these courses are monitoring completion and you should see high success.
Great learning tool for fast-growing startups
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other learning tools I have used at prior companies this has had the best UX/UI. The scoring system on the side of the screen gives you good insight into where you stand against your peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every few trainings my certification does not capture and requires manual intervention to mark a training as fully completed to receive certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have internal training materials as well as third party training materials and this has allowed for us to put them all in one location. We expect hyper-growth and know this tool will helps us during that growth.

The ease of operating, moving from lesson to lesson.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing the scores of coworkers; not seeing which answers were incorrect.

It's a great way to train a large group of people at the same time, along with ease of use.
