What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a smart sales enablement tool. If used wisely and effectively, it gives you right performance metrics of your sales team. It helps you to calibrate merit quantitatively and link sales performance to actual knowledge of the sales team. If used prudently, Mindtickle can become your every-day goto sales assistant as its API is quite user friendly and it can be integrated with a number of internal applications as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only glitch of the tool is the knowledge scores increase rapidly even after anyone just scrolls through the reading materials. There should be an intelligent way to make people go through the material actually rather than just scroll through and add scores.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, we use it as a knowledge sharing platform for our sales team as well as dealers. Certification programmes can also be executed on this portal.

If you are sure of the fact that your company is pro-intelligent software, fast-paced growing organisation, you should definitely consider using this software.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to add different content type and media. I also like the fact that you can evaluate the learning success. Also, as a manager, it is great to be able to review progress of your team and match performance vs sales achievement. I like the video recording feature as you can see how the team understood the training and pt it in practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have analysis on time, usage, to understand the effectiveness of the content created. If the content is too long, ... a bit boring, then it can reflect badly on the solution.

some modules are not explanatory enough, the interface can be definitely made better.

i've solved over 50 modules with quizzes and videos regarding digital marketing specifically, and some of the top people to complete the multiple numbers of modules and it was a basic necessity in the onboarding process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and learning path. The way it is structured with questionnaires and videos is great. The assessments at the end are extremely helpful. It covers a wide array of formats such as videos which you can speed up, PPT, PDF, images, text and voice which makes learning interactive
What do you dislike about the product?
It can do with a redesign to make it more modern and minimal. It sometimes feels like its outdated and very basic.
The inability to scroll through videos can sometimes be annoying especially with content that I already know. Maybe this was set up by my company's admin but it would be great if we had that option.

I have learned a great deal from my company's mindtickle courses. I use it mainly to complete courses and like the fact that I can do everything at my own pace. My manager also has full visibility on my progress and thanks me whenever I have completed a course.

Make the best use out of it. You can learn a great deal from it. Make sure you bookmark it for easy access and always view the home page to know what you have pending. Also, integrating it with your other learning platforms such as LinkedIn learning and your makes things a whole lot easier.

Mastercard experience - trained employee
What do you like best about the product?
I used mindtickle as an employee for training and sales engament program provided by my company (Mastercard). Overaal I have to say that the User experience of the platform is very friendly and easy to navigate. The engagement program works very well with the sales force
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to open with microsoft explorer, but the platform doesn't work on other browser different than google chrome. All internal platforms of my company are integrated in explorer, this is the only one where I am requested to swtich to chrome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtackle is used by the company to keep sales resources engaged and educate them to Mastercard products and solutions through a digital and smart solution. The program is run on regular basis and has made training program more efficinet for the company and less boring and painfull for the employees.

I would warmly recommend to use MindTackle solutions to make your sales training program more efficient, engaging and effective.
