It's very useful to understand the product wrt all the USP used by the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle has a lot of training classes, which help me learn about Vedantu, Vedantu's courses, counselling, how to handle objections, what to do in critical situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I don't like about Mindtickle. Mindtickle is my favourite part of training, actually there's no point which I think that that part is not good. Every part, every class is so perfect for learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve my problem related to Leadsquare, filters, how to use Leadsquare, how to use filters, how to use Ameyo and the most important part that helps me a lot is, two counselling sessions of students

one stop platform to find all the needs of learning and develop our counselling skills for helping in our sales pitch and convert the lead as soon as possible well

nothing, it so well explained that i cant find anything though there should be a feature where we can ask doubts regarding my query one to one with someone sure

problems related to upgrading my counselling skills are getting solved by mind tickle and i have learn to use some quality calling pitched and ask some interactive daily life questions in my counselling session.

MY ADVICE IS TO NOT SKIP ANY TRAINING ON MINDTICKLE AS EVERY TRAINING IS VERY WELL EXPLAINED

The User Interface of the Mindtickle site is very interactive

Little buggy sometimes while watching the videos and downloaded videos are quality-wise poor ( sometimes ).

Manual training of bigger batches in Work From Home is resolved through Mindtickle videos and questionnaires.

VERY GOOD PLATFORM TO LEARN AND TRAIN.
It was wonderful learning from mindtickle as this platform has the best UI available.

The UI is one of the best as per the learning outcomes are considered, the modules are also wonderful for a new learner.

Sometimes when we are using the platform, the videos lag; at times, the survey questions are repeated at times

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly saves our time, money, and efforts in gaining knowledge from different platforms. Also, it covers all topics from 'A' to 'Z.' required in understanding the company, market, or general knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it requires internet, I am unable to gain complete usage of the app in bad network areas, cause of which it does not keep me up to date. Also, there are no pop-up reminders.

We can gain more knowledge and market information with the proper skills required to be in an organization. Yes, we are benefiting financially by using this product as it helps us be informative to ourselves and the customer.

NARRATION, UPLOADS, SELF ANALYSIS SYSTEM, LIVE PARTICIPATION NUMBER, SUGGESTION AND FEEDBACK, REWARDS AND RECOGNITION.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOLVED PROBLEMS OF SCATTERED INFORMATION WHICH IS NOW AVAILABLE UNDER ONE UMBRELLA AND WE CAN SHARE. WE CAN CONNECT PEOPLE IN ORGANISATION MORE CLOESELY AND INTERACTION HAS INCREASED BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS.

easy access on the videos and so good learning platform and short descriptive vedios. we use training tools with this software. there is no such competitor of this software

yes, it can be more user-friendly. Sometimes software glitches much. Sometimes videos pause—better working on bugs and glitches. it is excellent no improvements are required.

it helps in easy understanding of topics. no not yet but it helps in concept clearing. yes indeed i am more productive . yes it has increased after its usage more
